“Very Prompt - No complications at the chosen venue. One disappointment was that daughter was not able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances at her place of work which meant she had to deputise for her boss and couldn't take the afternoon off. No refund was available at the venue and 'Ticketplan 'protection didn't cover this eventuality.”
