“The purchase of the tickets was fast and easy. My issues arrived when I reached the venue I had booked waited in line for 40 minutes to be told the ticket I had needed to be exchanged for individuals tickets from the box office which had a line which took another 30/40 minutes. We booked these tickets to save us time and give us more time to enjoy the Theme Park. We ended having some very tired and grumpy children who just wanted to start to have fun but couldn't due to the poor quality of service we received. If this is what needed to happen it should have stated clearly on our paperwork to avoid the delays we experienced. However it should not have happened in the first place as your company should ensure what is being issued to customers is the correct ticket for the venues!”

“So easy to book, and e ticket received within 10 minutes of booking. The only issue was my mistake, despite reading that I needed tie sure I printed the tickets as we would not be allowed into the park.... I didn't!! I didn't see the bold arrow to the right of each persons ticket. However, Julie in the Donald reception was so so helpful , I think I could have kissed her. She printed the tickets off for me after I logged into my emails. I did call 365, and was advised an email was sent, and I have no doubt they did, but the first assistant I spoke to to after queuing for half an hour said she hadn't received it! Thankfully she sent me to the Donald reception. So please make sure you download and print, click the bold arrow to the right. Thank you for your help 365 ????”

“Easy to use at web-site, however, some things regarding insurance were not clear. Not clear about dates when printed off tickets noticed ticket is good for 48 hours, some 7 days and some only on date of scheduled ticket. It would be helpful to know that up front for planning purposes.”

“Excellent service from this company, I bought tickets for my Daughter and her family as a surprise, Unfortunately I gave some wrong information, but 365 tickets had it all sorted on the phone in minutes, The price was the cheapest on the net (I trawled through for hours), So not only did I get an excellent PRICE, the service is above and beyond, so a big thank you to 365 tickets.
