“Very straightforward booking system. However, my main complaint is that when I presented my ticket for scanning at entrance to Hampton Court Palace I was told I had to back to Ticket Office to get the ticket re-issued, this caused a delay. Perhaps this info was in your booking system but I hadn’t noticed it.”
