“I booked an attraction for a certain date as a special birthday surprise and received confirmation from yourselves that this had been confirmed. Upon arrival at the attraction I was told that the booking had been made the previous day. 365 was then contacted by an employee of the attraction and fortunately the attraction were able to fit us in, but upon re-booking it was made for the incorrect amount if people. Thankfully the attraction London Duck Tours were able to assist in resolving these issues and re-booking us all for that day, luckily they had availability.”
