“After trying the chat on the site, which was none existing, I called and spoke to a friendly lady who guided me through the site. She was patient and very accommodating. Through her guidance, we finally got our 3 tickets. So all ended well”

“Great discount! The counter staff at Changi airport was useless though. He claimed the 365 confirmation was the ticket. Had to point out the instructions said this was to exchange for a ticket. Would've been very annoyed if had taken his word for it. Great deal though! Thanks!”

“i bought and paid for 2 tickets for the beatles coach tour in liverpool for 1pm and when we went to the ticket office for the boarding passes there was only one seat booked. it was explained to me that you would have made the error in booking one as you booked the seats. we had to wait around to see which tour may have spaces as were fully booked until 4pm. we were lucky enough to get onto the 1pm coach as a family didnt turn up. we had waited around to see if we could get onto the 12 and 1pm tours.”
