“We are from NZ and are visiting relatives in the UK Whilst there we intend seeing some historical buildings etc. We have purchased tickets for the Tower Of London and the Ghost Bus Tour. I tried to book Warwick Castle Ref UK391156 could not print tickets and did not receive confirmation email although the print out says complete . I emailed your help line 3 times but did not receive a reply. I then re-booked Warwick Castle ref UK398756 printed tickets and received email confirmation . I sent a further email requesting that the first attempt UK391156 be stopped and the money refunded to my credit card. I have not received any email from your help people info@365tickets.co.uk on this subject .Can you please investigate and confirm that the first attempt is stopped and money returned. apart from this all seem Ok , I will see how everything goes upon presentation of your tickets at the various venues. Regards Warwick White”

“Sometimes the page for option of date/time and ticket was still out there after I checked the boxes and clicked the proceed icon. Secondly, the review should be done after the customers present the voucher to visit the sights since until then will we be unable to assess the soundness of the voucher.”
