“There was some moneytransfer problems, which made that the payment didn't come through (problem was on the bank side) I got a quick response from you which I like in the service branch”

“Have booked and received tickets to visit the Tower of London and Kensington Palace at the beginning of July. No problems with the booking process. Hoping on the day of the visits it is as straightforward for entry into these historic buildings.”

“Easy to purchase. I wasn't overcharged. Bundling my Tower of London with Windsor Castle was super easy and affordable and saved me a lot of time at the venue. The website for the CWR wouldn't allow me to purchase the same day but 365 tickets did”

“Never used 365 before but everything went smoothly from ordering tickets to getting into the Tower of London without any queues. We were expecting a Topsy and Tim book on arrival but was told that as we went through a third party it will be sent to us by 365. Wasn't aware of this at the time of booking so children were disappointed. Will use 365 again and give five stars for excellent service.”
