“Ordered black ops Cold War on September 23rd told it was dispatched on Tuesday it is now Saturday one day passed release and still no game the whole point of a pre order is to get it on the day of release or day before not 4 days after release never again will I use these idiots again customer service is shocking and now it’s Saturday there is no one available to talk to even though probably hit me with the covid excuse”

“It is now 2 days passed the release date of a game and I still do not have it. I am so angry with myself for trying to save £2 with these guys. i would rather have paid £5 more and had it on the day of release. If you want it day of release stear clear of these guys!! otherwise I am sure they are lovely.”

“I paid for next day delivery. I waited for a week and no delivery. Contacted them and said delivery would be 3 weeks after my order . They then said this was stated on my order confirmation which it wasn’t. I have requested a refund don’t deal with these people they are a dishonest set of crooks. I am not worried about getting my refund as I paid by PayPal. Or I will use the small claims court”

“Customer service is not responding to my contacts and posts my order one product at a time instead of shipping them as one. Even after i contacted them about it. I do not recommend using this site because of the lack of customer service and the terrible way of handling deliveries with no option on how its done.”

“I ordered FIFA 20 champions edition for my kids birthday. Money was taken from my account and days later I got email to state they can’t fulfill order. Disgustingly I’m still awaiting money to be returned. Requested their complaints department address as it’s first step of complaining to ombudsman but totally ignoring my emails. Basically stole my money and have not supplied the supposed product they had for sale”

“I pre ordered COD on 10th October as this was £5 cheaper than everywhere else. I received an email on Wednesday 23rd saying it had been posted but no tracking information so I could see who was delivering it and when. Now it hasn't arrived so I'm probably the only person not playing COD and no idea when or if my game will turn up. This is the first and last time I buy from 365 games, in future I'll either download it or go to the shop, it's worth paying the extra!”

“First time I have used 365games.co.uk. My gut feeling was to use a trusted site like Amazon, but eventually went with 365games.co.uk, as they had a 10% offer. It was a TV set I was buying, so it was £30 cheaper than anywhere else. Got a call from a Birmingham delivery company a few days later. “Hi, we’d like to deliver your TV tomorrow morning between 7am & 11am” “That’s great” I say. “Sat delivery. See you tomorrow morning”. Needless to say, it’s now 3pm and no sign of TV. Telephone number of carrier company goes through to an extension that doesn’t answer. 365’s offices are also shut on a Sat. What a complete waste of a Saturday! Feel very annoyed. Companies should learn to use *reputable* delivery firms, not cheap ‘half baked’ outfits. When I actually asked, at the time of ordering, who they used, they couldn’t tell me. I should have listened to my ‘gut’ at that point. Won’t be using again... My advice is to use a company that invests in using a decent carrier.”
