I cannot use my Australian membership plus I couldn't purchase online product prices at the store

Overall experience with having my bike supposedly serviced at 99 bikes, very poor. Lack of ownership from the staff for stuffing up and not servicing my bike. No apology for their mistakes. I've ended up with a damaged bike, cost to myself and now will have to take it to another bike shop to have the issues fixed. My advice, go elsewhere to have your bike serviced.

Great product, a pair of Shimano 'V' brake callipers but terrible service from 99Bikes. The parcel sat for nearly a week at their depot. Unable to get anyone to answer their telephone Help line & the On line help promised the world but never did anything. It was only when I rang one of their Auckalnd stores that one of the staff actually cared about their customers and organised delivery for the next day

Before I bought the ebike I told the sales rep I didn't like the tyres on it and would change them. He told me I would have to bring the ebike in to reconfigure it for the new tyre size. He told me this would take 5 minutes. This process has not taken 5 minutes. The bike has been in the shop for two weeks. About 1/4 of the time I've owned the bike, it's been in the shop, for this. First they tried handing the bike back to me 2 days later, without doing the work. I called after a week, got told the mechanic was on lunch, and that he'd call me back. He never called back. I've been lied to about being able to change the tyre size for the ebike, just to defraud me of $2200 and get a quick sale. It is clearly not a 5 minute job easy thing to do. It's been 2 weeks, it's still not done, and honestly I don't have any faith that the store can get it done at all. They're just mucking me around. If I can't get a refund on this god forsaken awful machine, I will put it through small claims. I get mucked around less by frauds and crooks on facebook marketplace. Google gate! Ordered 2 pairs of mountain bike googles , sent separatedly and both arrived cracked. Had 1 pair sent as a replacement and they arrived cracked also. Customer service were helpful, but packaging was poor, [Glenn Innes shop were the only ones to use extra cushion packaging] the others were just thrown into the box, which is incrediblely frustrating from a consumers point of view. Suspect googles were cracked prior to shipping. Needless to say I've requested a refund.

I had two separate orders and both had serious issues. The first order arrived with the wrong item, and the second order was delivered to the wrong address. These were different orders and different items, yet both were handled incorrectly. Very frustrating experience and disappointing service. I’ve lost confidence ordering from this seller.

Terrible experience. I dropped my bike off for a service. I got a call to say it was ready to collect. I collected my bike and paid for the service. When I got home I inspected the bike and found that nothing had been done to it. I dropped it back off and explained the situation. The mechanic apologies and said he would do the service for me. Only to find out the next day that one of the wheels that I wanted to be fixed wasn’t something that 99 could do and would have to take to another bike shop to sort. Total waste of time. Visited the shop 3 times to come away with nothing.

Bike peddle broke after a week or so, not interested in fixing. Said to send to a repair shop but we are not in Auckland. Gave up and sorted myself. Ok gear, no real service.
