“Staff on site were friendly and knowledgeable! The quote I received was wrong and took four emails and a message to get a response. Sadly I was warned the customer service was lacking. Haven't got my bike yet which is disappointing after such a great first impression.”

“Not the best service for our Road bike. Had to take it back as it wasn't done right the first time. After the 2nd time I noticed the new chain they lut on had slack in it, took it to a different bike shop and they took 5 links out the chain!!!!!!. I won't be taking our bikes there again unfortunately.”
“Got sent the wrong item, which happens, and I returned it immediately with the provided shipping label. However, it's a week later now and I still haven't received the ordered item or even a notification/tracking number that it has been sent.
Hopefully a one-off, as previously 99Bikes has been very good.”
