“We ordered a norco rampage 1 for my son and no complaints there.. drove from Timaru to pick it up on Wednesday after receiving a notification that his bike was ready. I took time off work to make it happen to find out what we ordered wasn't the size we ordered.. people make mistakes, we accept that. I now have to make an extra trip to collect what we ordered. I just hope we can be reimbursed for my travel time and cost to make it fair”
“Started well. Good range of bikes and good advice. First service was decent. Second one less so, they punctured a tyre which was a slow. My bike’s back wheel then buckled and it was a fight to get it repaired without having to pay for it (bike was just over a year old). Wouldn’t use them again for that reason”
“I bought a bike for my 3-year old. I love the bike but ama bit dissipointed with the state of the bike when received. It was still full of dust and dirty from being on display. I would think a proper service and clean would be done no matter what bike you buy.”

Box label states it’s the smaller sized helmet to the one I order. Right helmet in the wrong box.
Helmet box was wrapped in a shop paper bag.
Sticky residue on the front of the helmet. Almost like it had been shoved in any box and sent on its way.
Helmet itself is okay but good that I checked it so I could sort out the few issues before giving this as a gift.”
