“After ordering online for store pickup I was contacted by the store to offer home delivery. Staff were very helpful and this store clearly puts customers first.”
“I ordered a bike online and a day later I got the phone call to come and collect it, it was put together and ready to be picked up even though because of Covid the shop has been super busy. They are still working hard to pump out peoples deliverys really fast. They have friendly and very understanding staff. 100% would recommend any bike or bike related purchases from 99 Bikes Penrith.”
“Contacted by phone to see if something was in stock and able to be collected the next day. Friendly staff on the phone. Picked up the next day. Easy smooth service.”
