When I picked it up, I told the girl who it was for and she informed me that the size I ordered would be too small for a 7yr old and promptly swapped it. The new helmet fitted perfectly. “Ordered two cans of chain lubricant on the 13/08/2021. Haven't received product. Have not received information about shipping. 19/8 Emailed for an update to help@99bikes but still no answer. However have received three requests to review....... Update- I didn’t ask or want a refund just the product and an update. 23 August contacted through email about a weight issue provided an alternative address. 26 August 99 Bikes replied to this review and also went above and beyond on the refund. Mistakes happen hopefully I get my chain lube soon. Thanks”
