“The website is excellent to do your initial research with. Very detailed descriptions and specifications for each bike. Then in store, even though busy, the staff were great at serving the customers and answering any questions and still no big wait times. I should have asked more questions from their knowledgeable staff but my fault for being in a rush to take my bike for a ride! Definitely will go back for future purchases and get all the information that may be needed! Well done on all 3 visits over Xmas!”
