“The Jet Black Z1 Pro Fluid bike trainer that I bought online was exactly as described online. I rang the help line before I bought it as I had never used one before and they were very helpful. As promised it was set up ready to use, just needed unpacking.Very happy with it.”
“Good personal service from the team leader/sales person who was understanding of communication difficulties due to my hearing impairment (was willing to type on mobile phone).”
“Sales team was great at explaining everything that I needed to know. Didn’t push me to buy something that I wasn’t going to get full use out of. They were honest and I appreciated that.”
“The handlebar bag, once attached, is very stable and holds a good amount of gear. It is well made and waterproof. It also stands out a bit from the bars, which gives room for cables. It is, however, complicated to attach, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”
“From ordering the bike a couple of months ago, through to the pickup process and adjusting it to my needs, Ben was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!”
