Placed an online order for Click and Collect, and was pleasantly surprised that it only took 20-30 minutes to receive the "ready to collect" notification.... plenty of other businesses could learn a lot from that! Collection process was simple and seemed very COVID-safe, I phoned the store once I arrived outside (as instructed), they asked some ID verification questions and then a staff member came out and left my goods on an outdoor table while I stood well back. Well done 99 Bikes on great customer service that minimises the impact of lockdown.”
