Searched online for suitable products and used the real-time availability feature to see what they had in stock in my local store. Placed an online order for Click and Collect, and was pleasantly surprised that it only took 20-30 minutes to receive the "ready to collect" notification.... plenty of other businesses could learn a lot from that! Collection process was simple and seemed very COVID-safe, I phoned the store once I arrived outside (as instructed), they asked some ID verification questions and then a staff member came out and left my goods on an outdoor table while I stood well back.
