“I’m not sure yet. A new tube and tyre, supplied and fitted by 99Bikes Mile End. The technicians were very helpful and sorted it out no problem. However, 3-4 days later the tyre was dead flat again. I have pumped it up again, made sure the valve lock was screwed in tight and so far (3days) it is still inflated. If it goes flat again I will have to take it back, which is very inconvenient.”
“We got the training wheels for my 5 year old daughter.
Very poorly made as the wheel broke, and the welds failed.
My daughter fell off her bike at Christmas and hurt her self. Not happy bad product....”
“Ordered 2 x bikes online. Tried to get them through a local store but the website shoes us the nearest location with stock. Ordered the bikes mid morning and was picking them up within 3 hrs. Bikes were put together when we got to the store which was awesome as we were expecting 2 large boxes. Staff where great and knowledgeable.”
