I bought a Velectrix Brunswick ebike from 99 Bikes at Kogarah in February 2024. The headlight stopped working a month later so I returned my bike to 99 Bikes Kogarah who put a warranty claim to Velectrix for this defect. Velectrix told them that the headlight is not covered under warranty, however 99 Bikes replaced this headlight at their cost. Velectrix claims on their website that headlights are not included under warranty which should be challenged in Court as Consumer law overides manufactures list of exclusion. Their decision to not cover my headlight under warranty is ILLEGAL and if it wasn't for 99 Bikes paying for my replacement light, I would have reported Velectrix to the Department of Fair Trading and suggest others report Velectrix to Fair Trading if they do not honour a warranty claim for a manufacture defect. Below is what is on Velectrix Website... Component Exclusions The following components are deemed to be considered wear and tear and are NOT covered under this warranty: -Tyres and inner tubes/valves -Kickstand -Mudguards -Headlights and tail lights -Handlebar grips -Brakes pads/rotors -Drivetrain components including chainrings, freewheel/cassettes, chain, gear cables I tried contacting Velectrix direct on their 1300 530 031 number and email address "store@velectrix.com.au" for different occasions in the past 3 months, including when I tried contacting them to find out where I could buy this bicycle as well as enquire about this declined warranty claim, and Velectrix NEVER replied to my several attempts to contact them. You only get a voice mail message advising they will call you back when you call them on the above number, but they never answer your call or reply to emails. I will warn others not to buy a Velectrix ebikes especially due to their lack of customer service and their illegal practice. 99 Bikes should reconsider doing future business with Velectrix. As for 99 Bikes, their service has been first class. Thank you 99 Bikes.

I am using my new bike almost every day, and love it, so light to handle for my age and light to lift in back of car. Handle grips so comfortable with the flatter part nice to rest hand on, and saddle comfort just right. Easy levers for sadle height and wheels. Loving riding around our island where I live.

Great product for the price. A little heavy, and difficult to ride over 25 kph when the battery ceases to support you. Also, a little hard to get the bike started on a hill or in a low gear as the battery only kicks in when you're moving.

I didn't see any reviews for this online prior to purchase so let me be the first to tell you how great this bike is. I use it off road, as a mountain bike as well as on road. The quality is exceptional and I thoroughly appreciate the adaptive battery which responds to how you're riding it and reflects in the life of the battery. Smooth, quiet ride. Handles all terrains and is an exceptional bike. This is one of my most prized possessions. I had no experience with bikes but after losing some weight I'd bought a cheap mountain bike and this was my upgrade. I'm so, so happy with my purchase and a few months on I've had nothing but smooth sailing.

I chose the KWT Kickstand because it fits perfectly on the rear of the frame, there’s no obstruction and it saves me from having to find something to lean my bike on, now I just kick it down and not worry about getting scratches or anything. A good investment.

After purchasing my MTB I found the factory saddle a little too firm and uncomfortable so I decided to go for the gel Acentia Fortis Aura and It’s much more comfortable and softer, I couldn’t be happier.
