“I have had some great help from certain staff however very poor experience and disrespect from other staff. Buzz rack bike racks have mentioned how unprofessional it was that your staff gave me a hard time to demonstrate how to install the bike rake. At times I have had to fight for help as a women. Also dont appreciate Jinseng communicating to me to hurry up with my question because he had other customers waitnig - deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. Maybe he is a misogynst or a narcisstic.”
