I would have given a 5 star rating of 99 Bikes but because of the poor service of my Merida Speeder bike at your Enfield store, I have to rate you 3 1/2 out of 5”
“I’m not sure yet. A new tube and tyre, supplied and fitted by 99Bikes Mile End. The technicians were very helpful and sorted it out no problem. However, 3-4 days later the tyre was dead flat again. I have pumped it up again, made sure the valve lock was screwed in tight and so far (3days) it is still inflated. If it goes flat again I will have to take it back, which is very inconvenient.”
“We got the training wheels for my 5 year old daughter.
Very poorly made as the wheel broke, and the welds failed.
My daughter fell off her bike at Christmas and hurt her self. Not happy bad product....”
