“Ordering was an ease, had everything I needed in stock. Also had a bike build, done in 2 days, pick up and they also gave me a run down on how to look after my bike and the points in time needed for tune up etc.”
“Used online click and collect 3 times. First time all went as website described. Ready in few hours and contacted when ready. Last 2 times given 99bikes longer time than 2 hours, was not contacted when ready but after a quick phone call directly all arranged to pick up straight away. I only live 10mins away from local store. Told under pressure because extremely busy, which I guess is understandable yet doesn't uphold statement of ready in 2 hours and contracted when ready. Otherwise, staff are pleasant, in stock range is good and prices and sales are extremely competitive. Would give 5 stars if the click and collect process was managed as they state on their website.”
“I'm disappointed... I paid over 400 bucks fir my sons mongoose and it came looking like it had been out prior to a previous owner. And they stacked it and there were scratches and marks all over the bike. I don't get to see my boy often and to have this happen was a tragedy... Im really disappointed Gavin Grinsted 0482 982 868”
