“The bike has performed well aside from the initial setup. All settings initially were at minimums. Supplied hand grips were very uncomfortable. The seat came loose while I was riding. A far cry from the perfect first ride alluded to in the advertising. After extensive adjustment by me of all but the gears, the bike is now very comfortable”
“Put my daughter's bike in to have chain tightened. Staff member noticed the cable had become disconnected from gear selector, so asked for that to be attended to as well. When I collected the bike, the chain was fixed (and at a VERY reasonable price, thanks), however the staff member pointed out the loose cable and told me he couldn't reconnect it. Huh? Bike mechanic? Feel that someone should have called me to either explain this prior to collection or if they were unsure to go ahead with this additional repair, someone could have checked with me. Otherwise nothing but positive experiences when dealing with this business.”
