“Ordered two cans of chain lubricant on the 13/08/2021. Haven't received product. Have not received information about shipping. 19/8 Emailed for an update to help@99bikes but still no answer. However have received three requests to review....... Update- I didn’t ask or want a refund just the product and an update. 23 August contacted through email about a weight issue provided an alternative address. 26 August 99 Bikes replied to this review and also went above and beyond on the refund. Mistakes happen hopefully I get my chain lube soon. Thanks”

“Click and collect was relatively fast. I turned up to buy in store and was told it was online only. I did it online and waited around for about an hour or so until i got my order confirmation. Prob could have been a bit clearer on the website to save wasting the timen however i got what i came for in the same day. Thanks”

Chris was very helpful and the kids very happy with their bikes. They haven’t stopped riding them over the past 8 weeks! Very affordable and good quality bikes, great service.”
“A great store it's not just a place where you find what you need and good prices. A great store it's the one who listens to you and propose you different products which suits your needs. My last 3 visits to 99 bike in Stanmore and Parramatta they were not great. After to collect a couple of new bikes, and looking after different tools and accessories they just offered me the most expensive always (and not necessarily the best option for me) I had to ask several time to recognise my member status to get the right prices and felt pushed to take my decision. It's seems the priority in 99bikes is the upselling and not the customers.”
