“Purchased online but asked some questions which were promptly answered via email and phone call. Transported the bike from Adelaide on a refundable deposit. Arrived after a few weeks. Pick up was low key chilled, took some measurements and went for a test ride, confirming the fit was ok. Done deal, happy to have a new bike”
