“I have never left a review before.. but I have never been as blown away as I was by the staff at the Osborne Park branch… I was a little nervous before visiting the store to pick up my first mountain bike as an adult (I haven’t ridden since I was a kid so my knowledge is 0), but I was so thankful of how patient and happy the staff were to pass on their knowledge to me. They educated and directed me towards the accessories I would need starting out, while steering me away from the products I wouldn’t need just yet. One of them even helped pick out the best helmet for me based on his recommendation, which was below mid-range price, so they weren’t just selling to sell, which is so rare yet so appreciated! I know it may not mean much but thank you again to all the staff at the 99 Bikes, Osborne Park!
