“The website is excellent to do your initial research with. Very detailed descriptions and specifications for each bike. Then in store, even though busy, the staff were great at serving the customers and answering any questions and still no big wait times. I should have asked more questions from their knowledgeable staff but my fault for being in a rush to take my bike for a ride! Definitely will go back for future purchases and get all the information that may be needed! Well done on all 3 visits over Xmas!”
“I attended the shop to collect a new back wheel and chain whip. I received exception service - polite and professional- and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.”
“Every time I come in to 99 bikes Ipswich the staff have been so helpful.sharing information, doing repairs, ordering in items for me, helping my son doing a grown up purchase. Staff are fantastic”
“very helpful staff member at Stanmore. we ordered a bike online and when we went to pick it up , the sizing looked 2 small, identified by the staff member. she swapped it out quickly and recommended getting a size up. my daughter was delighted with it all.”
