“Not so much a review of 99Bikes or the product, but of their choice of couriers. I ordered a pair of 100% Crux short liners. Order, checkout, site use, everything on 99Bikes end was perfect. I get a message from Couriers Please stating my order has been delivered and signed for. Message their customer service department as I haven't received or signed for anything yet. They send me a photo of someone else's signature and claim that I have indeed signed for the package. I won't be ordering from 99Bikes again until they choose a different courier company, sorry. Update. 99Bikes customer service exceeded expectations in their response. Hopefully they can sort out a new courier and continue being one of the best online bike stores”
