“Outstanding customer service. I overheated my 9Barista and requested a service. The team communicated excellently. I received a shipping label sent off the device and had it back, fully serviced and cleaned within a week. The whole process was stress free.”

“The Espresso machine is so fun to use! They provide all the material you need to learn how to use the 9Barista Espresso Machine, and after a few attempts, I was making some top notch espresso like I would in my usual day to day job as a head barista. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys the ritual of making espresso for themselves. Invest in a good coffee grinder and some scales.”

“This is what I was waiting for. I always spilt some coffee granules and made a mess and as a consequence I didn’t use the 9Baristra as often as I would have liked. Now it’s easy and mess free. It should be sold as part of the 9Baristra. Wish I had it as sooner!”

“The machine is super well built, feels very premium (a bit heavy though). It creates very creamy and tasty espresso. The workflow is a bit long for a single cup of coffee but it gets quicker over time and I'm okay with dedicating a bit of time to it. So far I like it very much”

“Shipping time was fast considering that it was sent from England to the US. I got a refurbished unit but I couldn’t find any signs of previous usage or any kinds of defects. It looks like new and works perfectly.”

“Si no tienes espacio para una buena máquina expreso, 9Barista te da todo lo que la expreso però en muy poco espacio. Cierto es que es una cafetera casi personal, ya que no podrás usarla en caso de 3 o 4 comensales ya que es muy laboriosa su utilización. Pero yo estoy encantado ya que es una experiencia solo para mí.”

“The machine is made extremely well and works exactly as intended! Would highly recommend. The only suggestion I’d say is allow a free swap of the regular portafilter and the naked. Also, the handles could be more study / upgraded. With that being said, I happy with it and it makes fantastic espresso!”
