“Great vendor with a great product. The site was easy to navigate and all products have an extensive description. Further, the purchasing process was nice and smooth. I just wish that it accepted paypal for the added security.”

“Awesome! After some research and concern if the unit worked I finally got it to produce espresso as advertised! Full disclaimer, I am staying in a hotel for a couple months and the countertop stove didn't have the required power output to get the unit up to pressure. I got a plug in countertop unit that worked perfectly! Now I have to find out what to do in the evening as I couldn't let the shot go to waste!!! Wonderful website for troubleshooting and identification of all problems you could potentially have! Love it!”

“Bought the refurbished version and it is in perfect condition. The espresso it produces is amazing - actually got the 9barista because I was fascinated by the engineering and design but after using it I see that it produces better coffee than a lot of full size machines I tried! The biggest negative point is that they don't ship it with a couple of spare silicon shower screens. They cost little to produce but you can't use the machine if you loose the one it comes with. +design +quality +coffee quality +ease of use -accessories way to expensive and the basics (induction adapter, dosing ring, spare silicone shower screens) should be included -Fedex shipping is super expensive and annoying”

“I've owned a 9barista unit for a couple of years now and finally needed to replace the boiler seal. Fortunately these more consumable spare parts are quite inexpensive, the website is very easy to navigate to identify what you need, and shipping was very quick. Upon replacing the seal and doing a deep descale, my unit is performing as well as it did on the first day I bought it, and I have no doubt it'll last a lifetime.”
