“Booked a holiday in 2019 couldn't go due to covid so rang them and got a credit note its valid until April 2022 but alpha rooms are gone now and I've tried every phone number i can find but no success can't even find an email address we would like to get a refund but don't think we are going to get one .”

“Booked holiday 8/2/2020 paid 841.15 by credit card, I am still trying to get my money back. We are 2 pensioners and would love to holiday in Ireland as we will not go abroad. It is affecting our health now but I refuse to give up.”

“I think my wife and myself have been lucky. Booked through Alpharooms last year and managed to get a 4 week holiday for £330. Apartment was very nice and never had any problems. Booked through Alpharooms again this year and managed to find a 3 week holiday for £505. On the 6th morning we was told the holiday had been cancelled. Spent all morning on the phone to Alpharooms and was told they will refund our money. The hotel said they will honour the price and we can keep our room. (It worked out £47 cheaper) 3 days later Alpharooms paid us in full.”

“Got to Tenerife, hotel had been cancelled! Had to pay again into another hotel, shocking they are getting away with this, numerous complaints sent and now trying to get refund through my bank insurance, atoll or abta should be involved?”

“Do not book with this company got to Cyprus today to find out they cancelled my booking without informing me had to pay again for taxes and hotel they have said they will refund me no refund yet DO NOT BOOK”

“Alpha rooms have owed me nearly £600 for nearly two years and after endless phone calls and promises of a refund I still have had NOTHING!!! Disgusting customer service and I would advice everyone to NEVER use this company, they are crooks and liars.😡🤬👿”

“Avoid at all cost, they cancelled our hotel room 5 days before due date and the price is now double. Liars and thieves. Now have to wait for 28 days to get a refund for a hotel I’m supposed to be at in 5 days. Unprofessional, wish I had found this website earlier.”

“Finally issued a refund after waiting over 18 months. I had to issue small claims court order via HMS tribunals and would advise customers awaiting refund to do so. It costs £70 and shouldn’t have to be done, but they do not seem to have any intention to refund unless this course of action is taken.”

“WARNING DO NOT USE ALPHA ROOMS we are in Spain on our 4th day out of 7 we have been refused access to our rooms as the hotel has not been paid phoned Alpharooms only to be transferred numerous times then told someone will contact us in 15 min no call back and now closed until tomorrow we have had to pay over £1600 to get into our rooms as we have to disabled people who required there medication totally disgusting what this so called company has done nothing but cowboys”

“Wouldn’t give any stars😡😡😡, but to write a review you have to select one! What a laugh the options below for refund is how hard was it getting a refund ? How long did the refund take YET AGAIN no options to say STILL WAITING 😡😡😡 Like the hundreds off previous reviews, I am still waiting on a refund. Loads of emails and phone calls. Don’t know if this is allowed but can we all get together and take out legal action against this company?”

“Do not use this company. Having had our trip cancelled last year due to Covid, they are refusing to issue a refund. They have issued a credit note which states that we can claim for a cash refund if we wish, but they have flatly refused on three occasions to honour this. It also now seems impossible to contact them by phone. Avoid at all costs.”

“Absolute thieves, still waiting for a refund after nearly 21 months, fobbed off all the time over the phone, I have taken the issue up with my credit card company, do not use these scammers, only a matter of time before this lot go under with a lot of people’s money.”

“Exactly what other people are saying. Taking money for fake rooms then not refunding money. You can't speak to anyone in charge they just say you'll receive a refund within 3 days. But no refund is ever in the system”

“My daughter and family arrived in tenerife and when they reached the hotel ,the hotel had no record of the booking, thankfully the hotel had a room available and my daughter had to pay again!! Could not get through to Alparooms whatsoever, do not use this scamming company it looks like they are going out of business and are stealing as much of people's cash before they go under you have been warned!!!!!”

“The company forgot to transfer money for our hotel and the booking was canceled. We found out about this by arriving in Turkey at the hotel. I stayed on the street with 2 families (8 children). Instead of a good hotel, we had to urgently order another cheap hotel. Since the prices skyrocketed and we couldn't afford a room in the same hotels. The company abandoned us and refused to help in any way. If you are going on vacation with this company, prepare for everything terrible. Because of their mistakes, you will pay off!”

“DO NOT USE ALPHAROOMS. TYPE IN TRUSTPILOT BAD REVIEWS, THEN TYPE IN ALPHAROOMS AND YOU WILL SEE THE FULL EXTENT OF HOW BAD THIS COMPANY REALLY IS. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR REFUNDS. THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY NOW AND NOT PROVIDING ROOMS. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE.All the good reviews are the same mentioning names ie vicky was fantastic etc etc they are all very similiar. it is obviouse they have been written by people working for Alpharooms whom are quite simply bigging themselves up...its ABSOLUTELY SICK AND DISGUSTING....READ MY STORY. DO NOT USE THIE COMPANY. Total scammers. I paid in full for a double room in Cyprus. On my arrival the room had been cancelled the day before because Alpharooms did not pay there sister provider Hotelbeds.com. In turn they could not pay the hotel. Alpharooms do not respond to emails or phone calls. They are a bunch of scammers. Worse of all i cannot beleive the people whom work for them ie people in customer services receiving emails and just ignoring them, knowing full well Alpharooms are taking peoples hard earned money and basically shafting them. These people have absolutely NO CONCIENCE. There a bunch of narcistic psychopaths whom dont give a monkeys for there fellow hard working human beings. I was a single female left absolutely stranded with nowhere to stay. The emergency number on my hotel voucher was non existant. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. BE WARE, BE VERY VERY AWARE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or put yourself through the hell this company have put me through and hundreds if not thousands of other people.”
