First off, extremely deceptive about shipping times. The advertised 1-2 days shipping means after the parcel reaches the U.K. I've reported them for false advertising. They're clearly in the business of deceiving customers. Contacted CoolShop to check my game was the English version after reading these reviews, they confirmed it was. So I placed my order. Then the Nordic version arrived. I was pretty annoyed at then wasting my time. The response I got was "we are a Nordic company", ok but like, I Contacted you to verify the giids before hand and you lied? They supplied a 48 hour return label to another address in the UK. I returned and also got proof of shipping after reading the reviews on here. Despite the parcel now marked as delivered, they're refusing to refund me, because they claim they need to ship it to the UK (by the way, totally illegal). Its been delivered to the address they requested, not my problem if they need to ship it back. I'm now 4 weeks into my return and I'm going down the PayPal dispute route. This company is a sham. Save your money and avoid

Pre-Ordered GT7 on 17/2/2022 for delivery 4/3/2022. The order didn't get sent out until 2/3/22 by Royal Mail which meant I didn't get the game until 11/3/22 as it came from Norway. I was fed up of waiting so decided not to waste further time and bought another copy from the local game shop. I requested a refund as soon as the game arrived and sent it back on 14/3 and only received my refund 10/5/22. This is after I chased numerous times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You can thank me later.

Very dissapointed. Pre ordered a game for my partner. They took time off work to play the new release. Arrived 1 week after the game release. Applied twice via the return item and never responded. Managed to contact them via email. 7 working days after I sent it via mail nothing. Had to contact again and tell them I would go to Trading Standards as next step. Then I got my refund. Avoid!

Consistent with all the below reviews, we bought a bike from them, paid, never arrived, received updates that it 'was in transit' then 'must have got lost.' They did offer us a refund, but I suspect this is probably a drop-shipping scam... Avoid!

Terrible service constantly contradicting their terms amd conditions, they are selling items they don't have in stock and taking the money when it's not in stock I definitely won't be buying from them again avoid!!!

Over 2 weeks to receive a game after its release despite receiving an email saying it will be delivered on release. Now claiming it will take 5 weeks to process a refund after return has been delivered. This is in breach of Distance selling regulation act. AVOID.

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs!! You will be told your item is still in transit and to please bear with them for one extra day - but said item will never arrive despite sending chaser emails or using the (useless) chat function. I am still waiting for a refund and wish I’d read all these negative reviews before trying to save a few quid.

Not even worth one star. Returned an order and even with proof of postage I never received my refund. Was told refunds took up to two months. Had I even known this I wouldn’t have purchased anything. Now 5 months.

Pre-ordered this like others for Gran Turismo 7, had to wait till the 11th for my game which was no use to me since I had to travel to Liverpool for a week and the game arrived on the afternoon just after I left. Coolshop in UK shows as .co.uk site and says they try to have the game arrive to you for the day of release. yet they waited till the last day to send it from DENMARK with a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery, so even if it arrived in the UK on the day I would have had to wait 2 more days for it to arrive. I didn't even bother contacting them after seeing the bad reviews because I knew I would get nowhere. If you live in the UK avoid this company like the plague.

Like a lot of others on trust pilot, I have fallen fowl of COOLSHOP’s poor descriptions for the pre-order of GT7. If you cannot deliver a pre-order on the day of release, don’t take pre-orders. Clearly you understand that people pre-order to get the game early/on the day of release. Just to say “sorry, our delivery to the UK is 6-12 days” isn’t good enough. Then when I contacted you via you chat system, your online advisor was rude, abrupt and unsympathetic to my situation. When I asked, what could he offer me in order to keep me as an ambassador and continued customer of COOLSHOP…… he said nothing! I’m sure if you live in Denmark, delivery times are normal, but unless you want to wait 2 weeks for a game, just pay the extra £2 and get it from a UK company. This will be the first of many reviews I write today so no-one else falls foul of their poor customer service.

Game released today, preordered well in advance. Despite this the game is still oversees and has not yet even reached Royal Mail. Their preorder policy clearly states that games are posted ahead of time to arrive in time for release day. When querying this they simply hide behind statements that delivery timescales are 6-10 days and they won't be held responsible for postal delays. If you know it takes 6-10 days for delivery then why only post the game the day before release from oversees after offering release day delivery?

I bought Segwayninebotau at cool shop in Denmark. The Segway fold up while driving and my son who drove had an accident. He had to go to the hospital because of that! And i get no refund from @coolshop and no refund from segway. So sad 😢😢😢😢

I bought a coffee machine which they then delivered to a completely different address or so they say. Awful customer service ie. Basically you cannot speak to anyone and they will not accept any responsibility. I wish I read the reviews before I parted with my money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Before I had even ordered anything as I had not finished setting up account I got a call from my bank asking if had tried to make a purchase at Argos in Birmingham I was in work on the Wirral on said day and this was the only place I had used my card details online. So they had my card details and tried to use my card. Absolute scam company who just take your details and use them for their own selfish gain. Do not know how this said company has positive reviews on trust pilot, oh yes they will be fake just like the company. Glad my bank is on the ball and recognises things like this, card cancelled, you lose suckers. 😛

I've used Coolshop 3 times now and have never had an issue. My latest order (Lego Ecto-1) arrived today. It was well packaged with no damage to the box and its contents. I have been able to track my order for its entire journey. The order slowed down considerably when it got to the UK. There was an 8 day gap where it didn't move. As soon as Royal mail got hold of it though, it was with me in 2 days. My reason for removing 1 star is it took 19 days to get to me when I was originally told 6 - 12 days. Other than that, I can't fault the service at all. Thanks again Coolshop 😎

Despite all the negative reviews I still wanted to give this company a try since I was having difficulties finding the item I wanted and they’re all overpriced on eBay. I’m from the UK. I placed the order on 31th Dec. The tracking number was provided on 2nd Jan and finally I received my item on 13th Jan. I’m glad I was able to get the item I wanted at a low price and I will definitely order from them again in the future.

UK customers Beware!!! This company is not legal by law as not disclaimer their contact information, legal name, address of business registration. So even PayPal could refuse to cover. Check their new T&Cs. It’s a scam.
