Where is my orders you claim was delivered in October 20, 2022!?!?! That’s a outright lie!!! This company is scamming people and I want my money back!!! Facebook is allowing them to advertise on their platform and should also be responsible for them ripping off customers!!!! I am furious and won’t stop until I get satisfaction!!!!!

If I could give zero stars and jail time to these people I would! Nothing but scammers!!!! No phone#, non-existence customer chat line/ 5 different email addresses with response to my inquiries about my order. They claimed to have shipped my order; gave false tracking#, blamed delivery service for not delivering and then .... told me my order was back ordered ; had not been sent , items sold out and not in stock BUT they had sent me a nice little gift as an apology for not sending items. Stay away!!!!!!! Stay far , far away from this company!!!!! Let us all unite to destroy this company and put the bastards in jail!!!’n

I ordered a bunch of clothes from them. Nothing showed shipped and then suddenly they gave me a tracking number. After a few weeks they showed the package as delivered. What delivered was done cheap ring I didn't order with that tracking number so they could say I got it. Yes, a package no bigger than my palm held 10 items of clothing. When I messaged them again they said that was a gift and be patient for the rest. Don't buy from them 8 emails later and still nothing.

They said I received my order and I did not.Usps does not have any kind of numbers that this company gave me. I need my clothes 6 items for $40.76 ,I am disabled and on a limited income. I hate being screwed over 😒 😑

There is NO customer service, delivery,returns and certainly NOT refunds. What an absolute blatant SCAM. How so facebook allow these crooks to advertise and scam innocent people. they need to be stopped, I did not reeive the goods I ordered and ;paid for. But did recieve a gift of a ring that you can buy at any market for $0.50

I ordered 3 outfits in Oct 22. No confirmation email or any contact at all. Nothing advising me it had been dispatched either. I then got a ring in a parcel last week which reminded me that I hadn't heard anything. I emailed them & got a response with tracking number to say it had been delivered last week. Cannot believe they can send a ring instead of the 3 outfits ordered. NOT HAPPY!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money even if you returned your item. We are initiating a lawsuit against this thieving company in Denmark right now due to fraudulent activity. The customer service is a nightmare. I am baffled at the fact that this company is able to operate like that. Never expected to start a lawsuit. They claim that the item works after it was returned and therefore sent it back despite my request for a refund. And now This has been a time-consuming, daunting process. I was simply told by the incompetent reps that I would get a refund before long. I will update this on Trustpilot to provide further details. Right now, we are going to initiate a case / lawsuit. Coolshop is a thieving company. STAY AWAY!

Really terrible service. I have a disabled son who cannot go out because covid-19. I decided to buy him a Segway ninebot pack with the go kart as a package deal so he could go around our drive on it to try and cope with the boredom he’s experiencing. The ninebot s part of it doesn’t switch on rendering it useless. There are other reviews on here with the same problem so I’m not the first. To say that my disabled son is gutted is an understatement. I have been emailing there customer services now for nearly a week with no reply. I cannot get through to them and my son is asking me all the time about it as he doesn’t understand why he can’t use it. Please, please don’t use this company!! All I did was buy something from them in a really difficult time and they have managed to make it even more difficult for me. I have now had to buy it from somewhere else as it’s now been over 3 weeks since I first ordered it. My son just doesn’t understand. So that’s £400 that I can’t afford as I’m self employed and not receiving any money at the moment Very sad.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - this is not a UK based company, something that is not made clear when you try and purchase an item. They sent an electric scooter to us but it came with a European plug, meaning my daughter could not use it on Xmas day whilst we waited for an adaptor to be delivered. The scooter delivered a faulty shortly afterwards, so it was sent back. After waiting an eternity to receive a response, we were told that it had been ridden off road (which was not true) and that they would not be providing a refund, and would be sending back to us. Quite simply the worst purchase I have ever made online. Please learn from my miserable experience and shop elsewhere Nick

Shocking lack of customer service and no apologies when they make a false accusation which I later proved to be wrong. They took one month to respond to the first of my 4 emails and expect me to post my expensive electric toothbrush to them in Denmark and be without it for 3-6 weeks! Why can’t it simply be sent to Oral B UK? I loathe these companies who use a ‘.co.uk’ email address when they don’t even have a warehouse here let alone customer care. It feels misleading at best.

I pre ordered a game so that I would have it on the day of the release. This company claimed to get the games a few days before the release date so that they could send them 48 hour delivery through Royal Mail, ensuring that we got the game on the day of the release. This was the scam which I trusted. What actually happened is they "sent" the game the day after it's release and sent me a Royal Mail tracking number..... but as the days passed I started to wonder where my game was and I was told to wait around 15 working days for it! It turns out this company is not based in England like the website makes it look like, they are located in Denmark. So if you live in England apparently it takes between 2 and 3 WEEKS for the game to arrive, instead of the 2 to 3 days they promised when I purhchased the game in the checkout. There was nothing about needing to wait 3 weeks at all. What is the point of a pre-order for a new game for it to arrive 3 weeks later? Customer service was friendly enough but could offer no help, no cancellation or refund, couldn't track the tracking number because it doesn't exist with Royal mail. Anyway the game still hasn't arrived and it has been a little over 2 weeks since the release date and about 3 weeks since I placed the order. Still waiting.... I have no idea if it will ever arrive or not. The tracking number was fake so that's a big warning sign I am being scammed I think. I got confirmation from Royal Mail that it wasn't one of their tracking numbers. Today I bought the game from the PS4 store. I wish I did that to start with .

Seems to be the same story for all, and mine’s no different. Best price, only place I could find the item yardda yadda so I ordered. I got a message saying they were about to dispatch my order then got something from Royal Mail saying they were awaiting a package, and then nothing. I guess that goes along with their honesty policy - they didn’t lie and say it was dispatched, just that it was ready to :) I waited weeks then contacted them saying I hadn’t received anything. Amazingly they emailed me back and said it was in customs and might take awhile. (When I moved from the US our large container made it through customs in a couple of days) weeks later still nothing. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! This place, and one’s like it, need to be put out of business!!

Not very fast delivery but goods were dispatched from Denmark so acceptable. This is where it ends, goods were faulty, returned, received in UK warehouse - no acknowledgement of this but as parcel was tracked had Royal Mail confirmation. Waited and waited still nothing, used live chat where it became obvious the person I was talking to would say anything to get rid of me but eventually was told refunds take 6 weeks because not issued until goods arrive and have been inspected back in Denmark...........................waited & waited, emailed, again being told anything to get rid of me, ended up emailing daily, was then told I could have a refund if I signed a document to say the goods were lost in transit - replied threatening to post on social media what a shambles this company is, refund received in 7 days. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY - I've just read they advertise on Face Book, I don't use Face Book but maybe it's time someone who does and has had the same shoddy service I had posted on there just how terrible these people are.
