“Bought a headset for £70 and 3 weeks later it's still sitting in the warehouse. No response to email. Didn't pay with paypal so money is gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

“Total scam sent for a set of computer speakers I normally check companies first but slipped up this time , they are crafty showing UK domain buts it's not based here , they generate a tracking number but send nothing ....folks beware total criminal company do not buy .”

“I found the item I wished to purchase and Coolshop offered the best price. After reading some of the reviews on this site I hesitated and did initially looking at sourcing elsewhere but stock issues and cost etc led me back to Coolshop and I thought I would give them a go as although some reviews had been bad quite a few others had been good and I have got to say my experience has been very good. I was warned at order placement that delivery services were busy and I might experience some delays but the product, a game I wanted for the family at Christmas, came very quickly and is as expected. Admittedly I haven't needed to deal with their customer service so I can't comment on that - but order fulfilment has been very good.”

“Inderdaad na 1 werkdag een track and trace, dat de zending is aangemeld bij Danske Post. Vijf werkdagen daarna blijft het bij die melding, dat het pakket is aangemeld bij danske post. Na het lezen van diverse reviews besluit is de danske post te bellen. Het door coolshop opgegeven track and trace nummer blijkt helemaal niet te bestaan en de door mij ontvangen track and trace post is NIET van danske post, maar door coolshop zelf aangemaakt. Het bedrijf (coolshop.nl en coolshop.dk) schijnt heel beroemd te zijn bij danske post. Legio mensen die hen bellen en mailen waar hun bestelling blijft. Bij de kvk in Nederland blijkt coolshop.nl allang te zijn uitgeschreven. Coolshop zelf stond eerst ingeschreven in Rotterdam en nu ineens in Italie. Maar de mensen op het italiaans adres weten van niets en hebben een jaar geleden al aangifte gedaan bij de Italiaanse politie. Van meerdere review's online zie ik dat er een aantal klanten wel geleverd hebben gekregen, maar dat hun zending na weken werd ontvangen. VANUIT CHINA. Waar hun product te koop stond voor 2,99 ipv van het door hun betaalde 22,99! Waarschijnlijk incasseert hij dus gewoon het geld van de klant en stuurt daarna de bestelling door naar China. Daarom is het terug zenden van verkeerd geleverde artikelen ook zo duur! Het moet terug naar China. Inmiddels ook gemeld, televisie uitzendingen over dit bedrijf in Duitsland, Engeland, Frankrijk en Italie. Allemaal oplichtingszaken. NIETS bestellen dus. ------ 24 62909444 Coolshop Europe B.V. “I never ordered from this company. They attempted to charge my card 119.00. The card was already canceled for fraud from a prior order from a different company. I suspect that is where they got the numbers from.”

“Positive despite my initial concerns After placing order I was really worried this was a scam site as I read other reviews. I contacted the online chat who said the order was in transit from Denmark to UK. I was still dubious but was relieved to be given a tracking number with Royal Mail. The item arrived today and is fine. It took about 11 days from placing the order. My only reason for not giving 5stars is that being a .co.uk web address is slightly misleading and I only realised afterwards that this is a Danish company so goods were sent from Denmark to U.K. Overall though my experience is positive & customer service was helpful.”

“If only I could give them 0stars. Purchased £300 item that never arrived. Took 3.5months for a refund. The company claim to be within the Uk but are Danish. They give me 3 different tracking numbers with different shipment companies. DO NOT USE!”

“Coolshop have taken £545 from my account two days after my order was placed for a printer.. Its now 12 days and no goods, despite their website saying my order is completed. I've e mailed - no response. I've searched for a telephone number to discuss what's happening. cant find one. contrary to statements on the coolshop website their chatline is not open on sat or sundays. I'm not impressed , I want either my printer delivered in next 48 hours or my money refunded and order cancelled. I wont shop here again and would advise anyone else to avoid . Customer services are non existant”

“This company is a scam. They advertise products at low prices then pretend to send your item. I am going to file claim with FedEx. I did not go through paypal and they have taken my money!! No refund. This company is making a lot of money only sometimes sending the correct product. They apologised by email but then no contact. They are not responding to anymore emails.”

“China selling US postage stamps. FAKE. Had impressive web page that looked legit and as if USA, but if purchase you get an email from China and a fake China *yes! Tracking number from China. These people have no conscience at all...and we US citizens are the real fools they make their money off. They spend hrs finding things to create to sell to US. Counterfeit!”

“Ordered a £550 quad bike for my sons birthday. Was meant to be delivered in 10 days. Nearly a month later and no bike. Son's birthday has now passed. Customer service is a joke, no phone and emails just say it is under investigation without any further info. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY AND NOT RECIEVE YOUR ITEM.”

“This company is a scam, Brit n switch. They advertise real low prices then supposedly send your item but not to you! I filed claim with FedEx. I checked on claim in 2 days and they had sender info on claim but not mine! Luckily I went thru PayPal who immediately refunded my money!! Do not use this company. It’s a scam!”

“I ordered 2 icemakers and received 2 ice scoops only. They do not return emails and there is no number to call. I would line to get enough people to get a class action lawsuit started. They are a ripoff.”
