ordered a product, they said it was delivered to my mailbox. I was home, it was never delivered and they are a fraud. Do not purchase anything from them, they are a rip off!!!!!!!

Bought an item from their shop! We had our delivery two weeks later and the box that arrived was empty!! Sellotape up to the hilt! Clearly was opened, stolen, and retaped up! We contacted Coolshop for an immediate replacement or money back and they replied with 'under investigation, please don't send us any more emails as this can disrupt the progress'!! How about you just return our money or we go to court!!

I bought a Philips Grind and Coffee maker from Coolshop in May 2020. In Feb 2021, the grinding function of the coffee maker stopped working. I asked for repair or replacement under the 1-year guarantee on 10th March, and Coolshop provided me with a return label the next day. I returned the coffee maker on 12th March. From that date on, I had no further information or communication from Coolshop. On 19th March, I asked for an update, and Coolshop's response was that it would take 3 - 6 weeks to get the coffee maker inspected in Denmark (!). I contacted Coolshop again on 23rd April, at the end of the six-week period to ask when the coffee maker would be returned or replaced- no response. Since then, I have written three follow-up e-mails - no response. So after spending £ 158 on this coffee maker last year to see it becoming dysfunctional after 9 months, I am now left without a coffee maker and without any information about how Coolshop is going to resolve this problem. There is no customer phone contact, the company's chat line isn't working and there is no response to e-mails. So please be warned of using this company.

I bought 5 expensive Philips Hue lights (£150/each) from them and when it arrived, 2 of the boxes were empty. Not sure if they initially sent them empty or someone took it out of the boxes on transit from Denmark to UK, but it's the company responsibility to make sure it's customers get for what they paid for and this company did nothing to resolve the issue. Few things here: 1. They do not have a phone number you can contact them on - mistake I will never do again: "NEVER BUY from a company which does not have a contact us phone number" 2. They have a chat support - that only replies: "The UK team will get back to you - this chat is not here to help you." 3. The UK team never gets back to your email, after me emailing them 4-5 times now and waiting for over 7 days now. This company is negative star in terms of customer service. I have paid for 5 products and got only 3 and nothing this company did to resolve the issue. Please AVOID dealing with them.

I ordered a part for my DJI pocket on Saturday 3rd, and, allowing for the fact that this was Easter and the Monday was a bank holiday, it arrived on Monday - the 5th working day after I placed the order. Goods exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. My only suggestion is that FedEx could give a little better tracking info.

Same as everyone below. Don’t use this company!!! Bought a steam mop which had a Euro plug?! Waited a month for it to arrive to send back. Now been 2 months without refund even though they have proof of postage. Blaming Brexit?! £130 down. DON’T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Do NOT use a 'co.uk' domain when you are NOT a UK business. This is especially important now that BREXIT has taken effect since it incurs unsuspecting customers import charges. Hiding the fact that you are not from the UK in your terms whilst using a '.co.uk' is deceitful.

They used uk domains but they are not based on UK. I order baby changing units 4 weeks takes time to deliver but it was faulty. Return it them and now I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get my money back. Emailed them no respond on my email at all so disappointed no phone number to contact directly. I don't know what to do if they do not contact by email. Desperately need my money back

NEVER AGAIN! First of all they use a U.K. domain, however they are not in the U.K. I had to wait three and a half weeks for delivery. When I contacted them of course they blamed it on Brexit. Ironically I ordered several items coming from other parts in Europe that all arrived within days. Please remove your U.K. domain if you can’t deal with deliveries to the U.K.

I bought a 20-VOLT MAX LITHIUM ION CORDLESS COMBO KIT (24-TOOL) for 99.99$ from coolshop on December 23, 2020, paypal provided the tracking number for me, on January 15, 2021, I received one very small package with a shirt in it with the tracking number matching the one paypal provided! I contacted paypal and disputed the whole issue because it's ridiculous and they closed the case in favor of the receiver, meaning I don't get my money back or the tools I bought! I even tried to go back to the coolshop website and it has been shut down for fraud, it stated "if you purchased something from this website, contact your bank about getting a charge back" and I contacted paypal customer service about it again and they still closed the case in the cool shops favor

Said it would take 2 to 3 days for delivery, then found out the product came from Denmark, Took 14 days to get to Venlo in Holland and is still there. Date of order 14th January now 28th , Automated answer said they cannot look into it until 30 days has passed. If and when I get it and its faulty what then!!!!!

Everything, seems now that my order is stuck in Basildon in the 'care' of FedEx. It's been there for 5 days now since 22nd January !? I placed my order on 9th January not realising then, that it would be travelling from Denmark!? Help anyone?

DO NOT USE, BE WARNED. This Company is not based in UK it is in Denmark!!. They say they can deliver 5 to 7 days, never!! it wont happen and they say they will not check on delivery until it has not arrived after 30 days. Not sure if even going to get the item, ringing the bank to try and get my money back. They are the worst Company I have ever dealt with. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Agree with all the one star reviews. Ordered a webcam on 10th January. Money taken promptly. No sign of item 16 days later. Hermes UK have not received it. FedEx international shows it as having left warehouse on 11th. Emails go unanswered, and when responded, blam delays on Brexit. Will not cancel and refund. BEWARE and AVOID
