I placed an order 03/01/2021 and again I have not received. On checking the tracking it says it had left warehouse in Denmark on 3rd January 2021. I have emailed Coolshop and no response!!! I this company a scam ??

I think this may be a scam. I placed an order on 29/12/2020, the payment was processed immediately, but 20 days later I still haven't received anything. The order tracking states that the parcel stayed in a warehouse in Denmark for 2 weeks, and then returned to the sender. Customer "support" just said it will get there eventually, it was delayed because of Brexit, and to get back to them in 30 days. Despite the .co.uk URL, they're based in Denmark, but this isn't stated anywhere on the website.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I placed my order. I've had the same problem as many others, ordered on a Sunday had an immeadate email to say the item had been dispatched which I thought was unusual for a Sunday. Next day I got an email to say it had been dispatched using Royal Mail but it wasn't a Royal Mail email. This was 3rd January, still have received item sent 2 emails but have only received automatic reply. Can't find a phone number for them. I won't give up as I my determined to get my money back!

This is a hoaks. They sell products they don't have in storage. I ordered a Chrstimas present on Black Friday (November 27th, 2020). Today it's January 15th, 2021, and the product hasn't arrived. A scam!

1 ster is al te veel. Latere bezorging geen probleem. Slechte service ontstaat als je iets wilt terug sturen. Je wordt zelf op pad gestuurd om een postbedrijf in te schakelen. Tevergeefs gemaild en gechat met hoofdkantoor in Denemarken. Geen hulp. Ik koop hier nooit meer.

If it was possible to give no stars that would be my preference. I placed an order on 28 Dec, despite repeated emails I have had no reply and no goods. I have requested a full refund but again there was no reply. I have done the online chat but am told your email will be answered asap but that has not happened. Disgraceful customer service. According to the invoice my parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail. When using the tracking details yesterday it was Hermes but they have never heard of it. Today it is supposedly Fedx and again they have no knowledge of my parcel. Take heed, should it cost a few quid more, do not use this company. I did and I regret it.

Im soo angry, im ordered lego set in 2week ago, before pay i have information in collshop page to this produkt will be deliver 3-5days, for this moment im waiting 2weeks, not have any information end not respound to me email, never more buy any set for this shop, looks now like im lost soo much cash

Ich musste fast vier Wochen lang um mein Geld kämpfen. Nur mit Hilfe von Paypal bekam ich es zurück. Ich hatte storniert, weil ich falsch bestellt hatte, und nur E-Mails mit blöden Smileys erhalten. Das Alerletzte, hier werde ich nie wieder bestellen.

Worst company i have ever used. Ordered a puzzle end of october and nothing emailed numerous times no reply. Had chat online and the person i spoke with said she couldnt help with shipping!! This company is a total scam. Avoid at all cost

Ordered game on 28th November. Was dispatched very quickly but it has been in the NETHERLANDS for 17 days with no movement. This company is based in DENMARK and does not reply to emails for updates/refund. AVOID

Pre-orders older than 30 days must be confirmed on new, and Coolshop doesn't inform you about this when they send out an email where they ask you to check that your details are correct as a precaution shortly before the release date. And, when they send a new email where they say that they can't complete the order, they don't inform you that this is the cause or that it may be the cause. The information that states that you have to confirm your pre-order on new is hidden behind many pages/clicks in your order history, on top of this. I went to my order history and confirmed my order again the same day I received an email that Coolshop couldn't complete my order, which was TWO days before the release date of the game. And, it wasn't until two days after that I received an email saying they had packaged my item -- not that they had shipped it. It's Friday evening now, so I won't receive the game until AFTER the weekend. Monday at the earliest. What a bull**** system this is, especially when you order one of the decade's most highly anticipated game, which has its release date shortly before the weekend. I've never encountered such a dumb system before I ordered from Coolshop, and I won't order from them again.

Ordered 2 video games on 30th November. Still not arrived. Sent email requesting chase up of delivery. Nothing, total silence. Sent another email requesting refund and cancel order, once again total silence. Avoid using this company at all costs. Shameful display of service. Unfortunately can't give them 0 stars. Poor performance.

Worst website I have ever used! No one should buy or use this company terrible customer service! Order never arrived after multiple emails saying you have to wait 30 days to then getting told its been lost in the mail! Absolute shambles of a firm!

Complacent and ineffectual customer service, ridiculous delivery times and the staff do not talk to each other. I order an xBox game that took 3 weeks to arrive (even during Covid this is nonsense). Whenever I chased the game up I receive an sympathetic and often unprofessional reply (when they did reply), the time I wasted on them I could have found the game locally, without the hassle. I also received contradictory information regarding a pre-order mission code....nobody seems to talk to each other in this company. I would NEVER used CoolShop again or recommend them to anyone. Nightmare & unprofessional. (& their website looks like it was written by a 12 year old)
