“I have been buying clothes from Damart for 20 years now. The reason? Because the quality & choice are so good. I love their crew neck jumpers, & zip up cardigans, which I have in all colours. I also buy my nightdresses from Damart. My only critisism is, the latter don't keep their shape, with some of the sideseam ending up round the front. Damart is like my own little shop, & I love it. I have.never had any trouble with deliveries, or returns, & for those complaining about expensive phone costs, why not try using their free number!!.”

“Agree with other customers about Damart service. Today received notification that one the items I had ordered from a catalogue I had received that day was not obtainable in any size or colour. The other item I ordered was incorrect the free gift was missing and a £10 voucher ignored. You can’t telephone this company as the phone charges are horrific especially if you are kept on hold!! If you try to contact online repeatedly get to the end and then told invalid. I fail to see why I should have to pay for a return when Damart is at fault. I am sure that the founders of this once respected company must be ashamed at the way the company has deteriorated. Gill Wright”
