“I am a new customer and ordered 2 pairs of summer trousers. They arrived quickly, and were good quality ,snd true to size. So far, so good however i have tried to set up an online account and found it so complicated that i have given up and phoned to make a payment on their automated phone line. Why on earth do they want the ammount in *pence*(i kid you not) i couldnt think quickly enough and the wrong ammount was taken. I then had to backtrack and pay the ammount i meant to, all at extra expense. I really dont want the hastle so may not order from them again.”

“Damart use a premium call rate number as their main contact number. Please be aware that it may cost your more to order an item than it costs to buy. The small print tells you this and it does not sound much, until you are kept waiting for 10 mins as your order is being placed.”

Having read reviews from other people sizing issues are a common occurrence.
Its now going to cost me half the price of the briefs to send them back to exchange for a larger size .How is that fair and reasonable ??

“In my opinion Damart must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received my order plus the freebie, a so-called padded ladies jacket and both articles were absolutely disgusting especially the freebie which I would not be seen in and would not even donate to charity as no padded back and no warmth at all. I wrote emails to customer services as wanted to give them a chance to rectify this but they did not have the decency to reply. And to think I have to pay to return this rubbish is just an added insult. That is it for me and I will spreed the word to all my friends.”
