“Had lots of hoseasons holidays over the years as a child with my parents and now with my family for the past 19 years , I’m sorry to say that the last one wasn’t up the high standard we are used to and the main reason why we always go back to hoseasons. We hope it’s just a one off as it the only fault we have had , we do not do the kids club holidays anymore we go for the more quieter ones with the home range has always catered to our families needs”

“Never again from Stalham! Treated like school kids, not told about getting through bridge when water levels were abnormally high and lost a day waiting for levels to drop which didn't happen, when I complained I was told rudely you should have phoned - I should have been told before leaving boatyard, will never again hire from Stalham, asked if we could load our gear on the boat after we sat and watched them finish cleaning and told no! Not until you stood in a long que and they did not start booking you in until exactly 2 o,,clock, wouldn,t even let us put our stuff in the fridge had to leave it in the heat until they were ready although they weren,t doing anything, they should get the staff from broom boat to give them a lesson in customer service. I will book with hoseasons again but never from Stalham!”

“Have had about 5 Hoseasons holidays now and enjoyed everyone of them, not had a bad experience. Lodges have always been clean and spacious, great locations and prices very reasonable.”

“From the moment we booked to the moment we left we both had a wonderful stay at our lodge, Wareham Forest Retreat our Lodge akin to a small bungalow had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location near the Jurassic Coast, Poole and Wareham the site gated and as we drive an E.V a place to charge, the lodge a hot tub to enjoy what ever the weather (January) and plenty of space within the lodge to relax and unwind with everything you ever need just you and clothes. We cannot wait to book our next stay with Hoseasons for our next adventure to begin......”

“Comfortable, clean accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Only disappointment was that indoor pool was a bit small. Very crowded on rainy days! The Spa was also closed for maintenance!”

“Never thought about using Hoseasons until 18 months ago. Gave them a try. Have stayed on Isle of Wight in Sept and then Scarborough in January and booked agin for Isle of Wight in September this year. So simple to book. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation at both stays have been fantastic and very clean. Definitely recommend.”

“Recently stayed at henlle hall near Oswestry, & had the best weekend ever. Everything was perfect, from the lodge to the location, the staff & the restaurant. We have booked through Hoseasons many a time, & will continue to do so. Never been disappointed.”

“I booked over the phone after looking on the internet and the staff i spoke to and who completed my booking was extremely helpful and friendly and understood my needs , I had some vouchers to redeem so they arranged me to receive an address to send them and emailed me when the vouchers had been refunded to my booking card as they promised , the price was extremely good value for money with a great offer on at the time of my booking , wouldnt book a cabin break with anyone else as tried others before and it was not as easy quick and friendly”

“Hoseasons always helpful ,long weekend for family in 9 bedroom house great but had problem getting damage bond returned. Ask Hoseasons for help got money back after nearly 3 weeks,”

“I Always use hoseasons for our holidays. This year was really stuck and needed a holiday really last minute for my very poorly son and the customer service representative was fantastic really went out of his way to find us what we needed.”

“Lovely clean site and caravan. Shame we went when Storm Dennis decided to join us but the caravan was warm and cosy. Think this would be a perfect site in the summer.”

“awful Service, we purchased a holiday online and then got a call the next day saying the made a mistake when pricing either pay extra £455 or cancel holiday! the attitude of the member of staff was disgusting no empathy for missing out on a holiday before there mistake!!! Go direct!”
