“Hoseasons always helpful ,long weekend for family in 9 bedroom house great but had problem getting damage bond returned. Ask Hoseasons for help got money back after nearly 3 weeks,”

“I Always use hoseasons for our holidays. This year was really stuck and needed a holiday really last minute for my very poorly son and the customer service representative was fantastic really went out of his way to find us what we needed.”

“Lovely clean site and caravan. Shame we went when Storm Dennis decided to join us but the caravan was warm and cosy. Think this would be a perfect site in the summer.”

“awful Service, we purchased a holiday online and then got a call the next day saying the made a mistake when pricing either pay extra £455 or cancel holiday! the attitude of the member of staff was disgusting no empathy for missing out on a holiday before there mistake!!! Go direct!”

“Nice location, no evening entertainment which helps, a roomy, comfortable caravan, although it could do with a decent clean, but still tidy. Decent value for money, although £70 just for a Spaniel isn't ideal. Would recommend this site to anyone.”

“Booked and paid online but didn't receive any confirmation email. Waited about a week and then phoned Hoseasons who said the booking had not gone through and the holiday lodge I wanted to book was not available. I was offered an upgrade to a superior lodge at the same price as the original booking. Really friendly efficient service. No argument and still a good price for a half term holiday.”

“I booked a lodge at cheddar woods resort for my husband's birthday, the lodge was absolutely spotless when we arrived, the resort gave my husband a bottle of proseco with balloons attached, we loved the lodge which was easy to book and was kept informed by email from Hoseseasons”

“Always holidayed with Hoseasons mainly for booking lodges and cottages! Always have a quick and simple booking experience online and when I have contacted Hoseasons they have always helpful and friendly. All the properties I have booked have been very nice and I always recommend Hoseasons to family and friends! Thank you Hoseasons!”

“right from the start when I rang and enquired about a lodge I had a very helpful lady in finding the right place. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who went through everything with us .It was a great lodge and location and good a price .very clean and up to date will definetly go back”
