“Aysgarth lodges what a fantastic place a little piece of heaven ,a massive thankyou again to martin dixon and his superb team at aysgarth lodges who go above and beyond to give you the perfect holiday from reception staff who meet and greet you to the fantastic falls end bar staff who serve you with the wonderful food we ate on several occasions to the guys on the park who work hard at maintaining a beautiful site the cleanerrs who cater for your every wim and even down to the night security team what a place what a team keep up the excellent work martin dixon and team aysgarth youre special 10 out 0f 10 a wonderful place to be wish we could stay forever cant wait to return xx”

“Have booked over 70 lodges, staff always happy to help. Great to be able to take furr baby on holiday with us. There are many different lodges that have different prices depending on what you can afford.”

“Have booked lots of hot tub holidays with Hoseasons now and never once had cause for complaint. Booking is easy, confirmation is comprehensive, and never had any problems with the lovely lodges and cottages.”

“Disappointed that I contacted hoseasons today to ask about the possibility of amending date as my father is critically ill in hospital and was told I couldn’t change as was past the 10 week cut off. I didn’t plan on my dad being unwell and on a ventilator in intensive care. A Bit of compassion at a difficult time would have been appreciated.”

“Have been booking holidays from hoseasons twice a year for the last few years, no complaints whatsoever, the accommodation has always been clean and well equipped, good choice of dog friendly accommodation all over the country, nice to see that there's luxury accommodation available for dog owners too :)”

“Had lots of hoseasons holidays over the years as a child with my parents and now with my family for the past 19 years , I’m sorry to say that the last one wasn’t up the high standard we are used to and the main reason why we always go back to hoseasons. We hope it’s just a one off as it the only fault we have had , we do not do the kids club holidays anymore we go for the more quieter ones with the home range has always catered to our families needs”

“Never again from Stalham! Treated like school kids, not told about getting through bridge when water levels were abnormally high and lost a day waiting for levels to drop which didn't happen, when I complained I was told rudely you should have phoned - I should have been told before leaving boatyard, will never again hire from Stalham, asked if we could load our gear on the boat after we sat and watched them finish cleaning and told no! Not until you stood in a long que and they did not start booking you in until exactly 2 o,,clock, wouldn,t even let us put our stuff in the fridge had to leave it in the heat until they were ready although they weren,t doing anything, they should get the staff from broom boat to give them a lesson in customer service. I will book with hoseasons again but never from Stalham!”

“Have had about 5 Hoseasons holidays now and enjoyed everyone of them, not had a bad experience. Lodges have always been clean and spacious, great locations and prices very reasonable.”
