“Absolute joke. Holiday cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Which is fair enough asked to change date of holiday and pay extra. Should just be a straight swop. Can't offer refunds”

“Hoseasons need to take responsibility and return people’s money for holidays they can no longer deliver. All should consider whether to ‘Book with confidence’ through Hoseasons in the future given the way they are treating people who have supported their company for several years. GET A GRIP HOSEASONS and return people’s money!!!”

“Booked holiday and paid extra for cancellation insurance. Be very careful to read there policy first. Turns out you need a letter from god if you need to cancel. They will do and say anything in order not to give your money back. A COMPLETE SCAM.”

“They are stupid , have not answered the phone or emails for the past week , they have taken money out of my mums bank when we was wanting to cancel it and pay the cancellation fee ONLY. We are appalled with the service that hoseasons have provided I will not be booking with them in the future.”

“I’ve used hoseasons for 15+ years now booking holidays as a couple then as a family as we grew. Never had any issues with hoseasons. Swift, easy and straight forward . Very reasonable priced and do some fab offers with a great selection of places to stay. Got my family and friends using hoseasons now. I never use a different company to book holidays with.”
