Holiday cancelled due to covid19, not a issue, however the issue is the fact they will not offer a refund even though I have explained I am only here visiting and once the borders open up I will leaving so therefore cannot rebook a new date as I will not be returning in the next 12 months, oh yeah and prob pay more money for new dates if the holiday is more expensive. So basically money down the drain. I would of thought in these strange times they would be more open to listen to people's predicaments rather than just keep their money.

Terrible terrible customer service. They cancel the holiday and then offer to move it but it could cost more than the initial holiday. Cannot just re book whenever as my wife is a key worker and has to book outside of term time etc. so its looks likely we are going to lose the money and this is money that my wife's father left after he lost his fight with cancer last year to take our kids away as a gift from him. My wife is in bits over this so thank you hoseasons for being a considerate, kind and understanding company (just in case Harry you don't get it this is sarcastic).

Hoseasons won’t refund even though I haven’t cancelled they closed the forest lodge . Ive spoken to my insurance Barclays travel pack run by Aviva but they say get a refund from hoseasons or try your credit card under section 75 which they won’t do . Plus you need evidence . Hoseasons have to say they’ve cancelled your holiday - they don’t !! Credit card won’t provide written confirmation of no section 75 cover they say it’s on the website so no written proof to give insurance so they can process the claim . Come on hoseasons this is morally wrong . Give us a refund or face the wrath of the British people we have long memories.

Surely what Hoseasons is doing must be illegal, we have all purchased holidays which cannot be provided, the only thing that customers want is a full refund, if Hoseasons were offering a refund I am sure after the current situation has passed many customers would rebook but as it stands nobody will book with Hoseasons ever again and they will go under. Come on Hoseasons do the right thing and give customers their hard earned money back!

Why are you just replying the same answer that you can't give a refund. Had replies from Harry, George and Tom stop adding a new name to the responses next it will be Susan, Joanne and Eric just deal with it the correct way and apply the refund

Racketeering is what this is called... Same experience as everyone else here - park closed, no refund, rebooking only at almost double the price, no contact by email or phone. May I quote our Prime Minister: "I dislike it [profiteering] very much, and I do not want to see people profiteering or exploiting people's need at a critical time and a national emergency." Hoseasons, if you still want to exist after this crisis, you better take a different stance.

cancelled holiday due to convid 19, i get this, and it is the right thing to do. we can not move our holiday and expect a refund. cant even get hold of them, ubt not holding out much hope looking at this. £1250 totally gone. we cant reschedule sadly. end of. disgusting, i will be filing a claim with my payment provider for a refund, and also taking court action if need be.

I only booked through hoseasons to use my NHS discount as I am a nurse!. Now I am being penalised for doing so. I don't understand how you can not be refunding holidays now the parks are closed. Every other holiday company are refunding their customers. Disgusting will never use again!!

Disgusting behaviour, refusing refunds despite cancelled holidays and services therefore not provided. Moving to another date might be OK but they have more than doubled the price. This is theft, simple as. They are thieving customers money at a time when everyone is in desperate need. shameful. Avoid like Covid-19.

They have cancelled my holiday but are not refunding me saying to love to another date on the next 12months absolute joke of a company. I will be contacting trading standards this can’t be right. They can’t offer the service I paid for. We should all be refunded. Impossible to get them over the weekend phone or email.

AVOID Company putting profit over safety. I have used Hoseasons many times and given glowing reviews. No more with their appalling response to covid. No refunds, only option to move booking up to 12 months at increased prices!

An asbolute disgrace. Took our booking on Friday 20th to check in Monday 23rd for 7 nights. We are locals needing accommodation due to my Mum being high risk for the virus and our house gutted for a renovation. Our booking was then cancelled unbeknownst to us. We received no communication from Hoseasons informing us our booking had been cancelled. Only found out when my wife saw the park name on a list of parks that were closed and then rang the park. The park told us we would be contacted by Hoseasons for a refund and to find alternative accommodation. No phone call from Hoseasons materialised, but my wife finally got through to customer services to be told no refunds and they couldn't tell us when we were going to be told our booking was cancelled essentially leaving us homeless. Will never use them again.

Holiday cancelled due to c19 virus. Will not give refund, will not swap for other holiday we booked in October because it was my partner, although surname is same. This is outrageous behaviour from a well known company, given the circumstances. Every other company are given refunds. Shame on yous. Hope no one will book with this company when this is all over. We stand by company that are there for the customers.

REFUSAL TO REIMBURSE MONEY FOR UPCOMING STAG. I WILL REFUSE TO USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS TO STAY CLEAR. UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOUR IN THE CURRENT CLIMATE.

Booked accommodation for a stag do but with the pandemic of coronavirus the wedding has been cancelled which means no stag do either. Refusing to give a refund just asking to me to rebook. With no wedding i cannot rebook. NO COMPASSION AT ALL. Poor customer service. Money grabbing scum robbing peoples money because we didn't predict an virus outbreak.

£1150 lost as they won’t refund due to CV19. We also booked two nights in Legoland and they refunded straight away - seems wrong that they benefit out of this.
