Dont worry people further to my last post i contacted my bank (RBS) they started a claim and 3 weeks on they have just refunded my money in full (RBS not useless hoeseasons) as long as you have paid in the last 3 months via card you can get it back from your card issuer Thankyou

See comments on Hoseasons web site. These results are skewed. Trustpilot scores not updated for over a week. The 5 star comments posted are fabricated, they are removing people from their Trustpilot site because they do not want to hear the truth!

Hoseasons were on Watchdog the other week and gave a customer a full cash refund..why not everyone else who they owe money to...it can’t be one rule for one and not for the other surely?

ILLEGALLY not refunding and now posting FAKE reviews!!!? Guys, it's time to do a chargeback (credit card) or payment dispute (debit card) with your bank because they're breaking the law AND posting FAKE positive reviews now - they are absolutely terrible and treating us customers with contempt. Hoseasons are not (cannot) provide the service their customers have paid for. Therefore, by law, they HAVE to offer a full refund to customers affected. BY NOT OFFERING (AND EVEN REFUSING!) TO GIVE REFUNDS, THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. They're also now posting FAKE positive reviews on this site to try and limit the damage to their reputation - this is also ILLEGAL and against TP's terms. They really have some nerve don't they!??? DEMAND a Full Refund from them by emailing them directly, posting on their Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. FAX THEM (if you can) - Get your letter/demand/complaint noticed faster: 01502 514298 Don't wait for a reply (you won't get one, or if you do it'll be the generic 'sorry no refunds' reply).All the evidence of their refusal to give refunds is all over social media and review sites. Take screenshots. REPORT the fraud (refusing to refund when not providing the service) to: ABTA - (not allowed to post link) CAB - - (not allowed to post link) OmBuds - (not allowed to post link) ActionFraud - (not allowed to post link) Trading Standards - (not allowed to post link) FCA - (not allowed to post link) FILE a report on Resolver.co.uk CHARGEBACK If paid by credit card, file a Chapter 75 claim with your bank against your original payment. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, your lender is jointly liable for spending over £100 if you do not receive the goods and services promised. If paid by Debit Card, talk to your bank about an Indemnity Claim or Chargeback Request. TELL the following organisations/people: The One Show/Watchdog, Rip Off Britain, This Morning, Jeremy Vine, Martin Lewis, Simon Calder, Piers Morgan. (Click on one of their videos, click the 3 dots above the subscribe button, click REPORT, then click Spam or Misleading, then choose Scams/Fraud and submit the report. Repeat for all their videos. COMMENT on their Youtube Videos - most have comments turned off, but a few have them enabled, so go for it and leave your honest review/opinion about them in the comments section. TELL THEIR PARTNERS/SERVICE PROVIDERS it might not help us, but may cause them some trouble: Safenames - their domain registrar (domain being used to take money and not provide service, refusing refunds) UK domain registrar (domain being used to take money and not provide service, refusing refunds) AmazonWS - their webhost (website being used to take money and not provide service, refusing refunds) Sectigo - their secure certificate (SSL) provider (domain being used to take money and not provide service, refusing refunds) LAST RESORT - Small Claims Court: They don't have a leg to stand on, they are in breach of contract, not even honouring their own terms. Consumer Rights Act, 2015.

Like many other reviews not able to get money back offered a voucher which isn’t acceptable. I Have booked through hoseasons 2-3 times a year for many years now never again.

Disgusting company who have no thought or care for customers Yes they are an agent and are not the ones that are providing our holiday but when the park you should have stayed at confirms it was Hoseasons who cancelled the holiday and thry have received no money from them it's pretty clear who has my money and it's not me !!! I've been refused a refund and offered a voucher with no protection for a holiday I did not cancel Avoid this company at all cost I like many other will never use this company again !!!

We had a holiday booked to travel in July and had only paid min deposit, despite calling, emailing and cancelling our booking well within the correct cancellation period, no reply!!. So for anyone affected please note the payment is set up to auto deduct from your bank or credit card!!. We contacted the bank and requested a stop payment and cancelled our debit card and requested a new card, this means if they try to take the payment they wont be able to!!. Also Regulation 55 of the payment services regulations 2009, Parts 3&4. States any card provider/bank that fails to obey customer instructions to stop any payment must refund any payments that occur after the request to cancel is made!. CAll Your bank and follow up in email stating this law and your instruction

Been denied a refund by them, it’s clear from social media that they are telling customers all sorts of different stories as well as referring to needing to have their insurance to get a refund. Well I didn’t cancel, you did, so let’s add that to variety of lies you are telling customers. Just avoid at all costs, now and and in the future.
