Holiday cancelled by Hoseasons. Have battled for 4 weeks to get refund but refused. Truly cruel customer care in this time of great distress. Surely a holiday business is only as good as its customers ? On this basis Hoseasons will surely go bust. Take this advice: Holiday with Hoseasons at your PERIL!!( Would liked to have given a negative rating.....)

Thieves, spent 1.5 hours on the phone waiting only to be told you will not refund my money. I was a regular user of hoseasons but never again. You cancelled my holiday not me and my wife is a key worker risking her life for theives like you lot. You will go bust trust me. People will remember this and you won't come back from it. Give us our money back you bunch of thieves.

Disgusting at a time when the country is pulling together hoseasons are pulling tricks!! What are they doing to support the public, some who are suffering financially... and are they donating all their profits to the nhs?? When will the have the **** to respond to phon calls and emails? Pay back money to people and don’t show the worst of Britain..... I’m so angry .. you will go bust through this action of not following the government advice to repay people..

Would give no star if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. No response from them despite our holiday being booked for the 27th Mar. No reply to my email. In a queue on the phone for 90 minutes and they refused to refund my £1400 owed. Disgusting, greedy company as the actual park are offering full refunds if I had booked directly with them. They will no doubt be claiming every penny they can get from the government too. Their call handlers must be getting so much abuse as one I spoke to sounded tearful and said she wished they could give refunds. I was polite but stated my rights. I feel my money is lost as the company will go under and the vouchers will be worthless

I booked a holiday in Cornwall in July ,i understand the crisis we are in but ,I cancelled by email, after giving up to cancel by telephone this was in February ,nobody from this company has bothered to reply ,okay, its £25 lost, I am not confident that the current situation will be resolved by July .

Poor customer service. No refund. I want MY money back NOW. Big bosses with mega bucks don’t give a damn about less fortunate people. Take my advice phone your bank and try and get a refund. Will never book through Hoseasons again. Hoseasons haven’t done themselves any favours as no one is going to book through you again. You’ve lost more money now...talk about shooting yourself in the foot....People don’t forget poor customers service...

As everyone else here has stated, absolutely disgusting company. No refund and worse than disgusting and incompetent customer services, when eventually got through after days of trying. Did not even contact us prior to the time we were due to arrive at our accommodation! We are now taking this further. Will never ever use them again!

Paid £900 plus for a short break away over Easter. Hoseasons refused to refund and said they will transfer money towards another holiday. I told them that I had a contract for a service which they were not giving and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund. Contacted my credit card company for a refund as they share joint liability. Credit card company require name of person I spoke to on phone and reference number. What they are doing does not comply with consumer rights and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund. DO NOT re-book with this company as there is a strong possibility that they will enter into administration in the near future and you will loose your money.

Was due to travel today but no one from the company got in touch in the 7 days before, as they stated they would do. After waiting approx 1hr 15 mins to speak to someone on Saturday, I was offered a rescheduled date or a credit note valid for 12 months. After 12 months, I was told I would lose the money.🤬🤬 Even when I explained that wife was NHS nurse and not in a position to book leave (due to current circs) and that next years leave would not be authorized until later in the year, this made no difference. Supposed to have a callback from supervisor - I'll be surprised if that happens. They are very clearly breaking ABTA's code of conduct. I have checked and downloaded the documents. Section 3B(ii) states If the operator cancels, they offer an alternative OR A FULL REFUND. They cannot delay the refund or offer anything else in lieu, such a credit note.

During this already stressful time Hoseasons seems adamant on adding to that stress by failing to refund the total paid for accommodation booked in March. They are failing to recognise that they cancelled the booking. I really hope this company struggles to get back up and running - they simply do not deserve the custom.

Poor service, I wanted a refund and they would not entertain the idea. Had to get my bank involved with the Chargeback Scheme Come on Hoseasons, do the right thing. If you don't, I will not be booking my holidays with you again. Shame on you

Managed to contact them by email to rearrange my holiday for March 23rd 2020. I put in the email when I wanted it to be changed to. They responded saying I needed to ring them when I had decided on a date, despite the alternative date being in the email. I have been ringing every day since and just keep getting the engaged tone. I understand they are very busy, so why not respond to email correspondence?

Absolutely shambolic. Need to take a long hard look in the mirror at this company. Greed is what springs to mine. I suggest full refund to my mate or gaffs getting burnt up.

Absolute farce of a company! Sheer audacity to not go a full refund to a good friend of mine in these current times! The company from top to bottom is corrupt and needs closing down! Daylight robbery! #UTP

received a email saying my holiday was cancelled on 19th March saying hoeseasons would be in touch. I have been waiting on them contacting me regarding the cancelled holiday. As I was due to arrive 30th March i find it ridiculous that you have still not been back in touch with me. website states you are concentrating on the bookings a week in advance. I understand this is difficult circumstances however 11days have past and still no Reply to emails or contact. Still awaiting to hear and receive full refund. Avoid this company
