I have tried several times today to try both the number and email given to discuss a cash refund by booking is next week and I decline the vouchers offered, as this does not suit the group booking we had intended to go as to celebrate my 40th. I followed the instructions given on their website. Instead the email redirects to an error message (attached) I think this is a scam, shortly after I received a No reply response’ Which stated they have provided me vouchers for the full value of my booking, valid until December 2020. I feel this is a tactic the company are using to divert from genuine cash refunds, instead forcing the vouchers for a much shorter valid date than given in their website (it states 12 months). Fraudsters. I understand that they have done this too most of the customers and hope they will be one of the companies to be investigated and fined for this abysmal service. Worst of all this is how they deal with having to cancel Bookings because of Covid-19. Abysmal conduct will never use again.

What a disgusting company. I’m trying to get a refund for £600 back because I refuse to accept vouchers. I can’t get through on the phone and then won’t accept my email either. I will never ever book a holiday through them again. I booked using my debit card so will try to recover it through my bank. Appalling customer service. The worst I’ve ever encountered.

Booking reference 19327077. Tried and tried to call Hoseasons but always engaged. Finally got through but only to an answer machine before getting through to a Team member. Been on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Had a holiday booked with Hoseasons 6th April 2020, had been trying to make contact weeks prior to this date and still have nothing from them other than an unwanted limited voucher offer and we’re now in May! Appalling conduct and completely inept in dealing with this situation. I know I’m not alone in this disgraceful treatment after scanning through hundreds of other reviews about Hoseasons online and social media. How anyone will have confidence to book through this company in the future is beyond me.

My wife and children paid for and booked a short stay with Hoseasons to celebrate my 60th as a surprise, they have not received a refund My one thought to Hoseasons is this: the lockdown will not last forever and when it is over people will remember Hoseasons and their shameful and immoral behaviour. For goodness sake aren't people suffering enough? After Covid, we WILL remember Hoseasons.

Should have spent the last weekend on a break with my whole family for my 50th birthday, cancelled due to Coronavirus, and the fact both me and my mam shielding first 12 weeks with serious underlying issues that put us at risk which could potentially be another 18 months u til a vaccine is found, no refund no communication, disgraceful behaviour, don’t contact you back after hours waiting on the phone, don’t email you back, don’t message back, appreciate the fact they are busy but the amount people waiting responses who actually are Hoseasons talking to because it’s not customers !!! Taking advantage of people’s situations loosing jobs, shielding, and the time effort it took my family to all get together at one tome to celebrate my 50th birthday and unable to rearrange, asked for refunded to be told loose 200 pound cancellation fee !! You cancelled it, you can’t accommodate our needs, we are shielding, to protect our lives, I have written to Martin Lewis and CMA who are willing to take these matters to court to get people their refunds,

I have reported Hoseasons to the CMA following the most disgusting service. I will not be using this company again that's for sure. Pathetic service.

Terrible service from Hoseasons. 2 keyworksers on the front line battling Covid-19 and we have been refused a refund. We were due to today! I will never use this company again.

Absolutely disgraceful the way this company have dealt with Covid shutdown. Not directly offering refunds, but instead offering vouchers to rebook for the following year, where prices have been increased over 15%. Absolutely shameful taking advantage of customers in such a difficult time and fully deserved of any inevitable penalties they will receive from the trading standards investigation currently underway. I will certainly not be using Hoseasons again and will be lodging a complaint with trading standards myself.

Oh dear HOSEASONS you are doing so much damage to yourselves. Your just not handling this crisis at all. Now come on treat your customers well and you will get repeat business but the way your going your getting rid of us all. I am particularly upset because I even paid an extra Insurance against cancellation because we had hoped to take our grand children ( so we thought well just in case ) and their Mother who particularly needed a break being an NHS Doctor. We all realise it will take time but just give us, your customers some confirmation and advise that you will refund our money within a timescale as stated by law. All it takes is an email to all your customers, after all we are Only asking for our own money to be refunded. We don’t want compensating just our own money refunded ! So come on save your company and start to do the right thing.

Tried to get in touch with Hoseasons (literally all day) to see if we could still go on holiday in August due to coronovirus and remainder of money due in June . All phones saying go on line which I did but were unable to answer my question. Just need to speak to a member of staff, a person with a very easy question but impossible as all phone lines not available! Other companies have staff answering calls, even in these difficult circumstances. Ridiculous . Will have to end up cancelling holiday when we could have moved it to a different date etc. Or even kept the August holiday. Just needed advice . Will think twice about Hoseasons holidays again.

Have been waiting since 21/3/2020 when I emailed my holiday due to working in the nhs and not taking holiday for 6th June. No reply since sent me the invoice for another £400. Trying to get £200 deposit back I can’t afford to lose.

I have booked a holiday with hoseasons and I have now come out of work because of the cronra virus I have asked to cancel because of they said I wouldnt get back the money we have paid them plus we would have to pay them 25.00 because we haven't paid the rest of the holiday I believe they are out of order if it wasnt for the virus we would still be going but we are unable pay

Avoid Hoseseasons, they've cancelled our holiday and will only offer a voucher and to re-book later which will be more expensive and we would have to fund the difference. Will book directly with site next time...your time is up Hoseseasons

I have had to postpone my wedding which was booked for 02-05-20 due to the coronoviris. I contacted hoseasons to rearrange the booking of Kingfisher lodge in Palgrave, Diss, Norfolk. Hoseasons bent over backwards to meet my needs and their communication has been outstanding. I had a prompt refund as the lodge is cheaper in November than in May and the owner of the lodge couldn’t have been more helpful and sympathetic to my situation. I am devastated that my wedding cannot go ahead after years of planning but the fact that I can still stay in the beautiful lodge for my wedding break including the night of my wedding has cheered me up immensely. Thank you so much hoseasons, I will definately be recommending and using you in the future.

Hoseasons bankruptcy is looming you won’t get away with not giving people there money back it’s you that will pay in the end . You will ever recover from this ,the public never forgets .
