“Seems like I've had the same experience as everyone else! Placed an order for a couple of Xmas jumpers on the 29th of November, still no sign and customer services are absolutely dreadful. Got told a week ago that it would be with me 'shortly', but still no sign of them even being dispatched! Definitely won't be using again.”

I have same story as everyone else - bought £80 of Star Wars tops for my son on 29th November, card charged immediately, absolutely no sign of the goods, can only email the slow customer service and in any case I was told I can’t cancel the order as it has been ‘processed’ even though no sign of any despatch! Can’t believe this could be legal. IWOOT are owned by The Hut Group so I won’t be buying anything from them again.”
“Ordered a Christmas jumper on 30 November and it's still not here. Says on item 'usually despatched within 2 days'. Money taken straight away. Emailed them and they replied several days later to say expect dispatch within 7 days. Still nothing. Just says order processing. Avoid!”
“Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered two Christmas sweatshirts on the 1st December with an email received to say sweatshirts would be dispatched by the 3rd Dec. Long story short, still waiting for sweatshirts and it is now the 17th! My kids missed Christmas Jumper Day at school and are now not likely to have the sweatshirts for Christmas Day as they are yet to be dispatched. The customer service is shocking with very vague responses stating dispatch will be in 7 days. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company online. Please take your custom elsewhere......”

“Bought an item that should have been despatched after 2 days. It wasn't. Contacted them after 1 week had passed and got no response. Contacted again. No response. After 2 weeks of waiting and being ignored I had to open a Paypal despute to get my money back. Seems to be a scam operation - they take your money but don't send the goods. Avoid and shop elsewhere.”

“errible customer service. I ordered a shirt over 2 weeks ago to make sure it came in for Christmas. I just got an email today saying it has confirmed that it is shipping. Then 15 minutes later I received another email saying that it was out of stock and would be another couple weeks.
On top of it, they still have my money and the shirt wont be here by Christmas... Very unfortunate.”
“This company’s advertises and “sells” products and stock that it doesn’t actually have. When you chase them on it they advise that they’ll cancel and refund you. False advertising, pointless waste of time”
“I would give a zero if I could.
1) They lie about stuff being in stock.
2) Needed item still hasn’t shipped.
3) But when I try to cancel, it tells me it can’t be cancelled, despite being within 14 days of ordering and the item still “processing” not shipping!
4) Messages rarely get returned, and if they do, they say nothing substantial and are on a No Reply email address!
5) The phone number for customer service on their website? It’s been disconnected and they admitted they don’t have an “incoming phone line.” I asked for a call and gave my number, but there is no outgoing phone line either!
6) SCAM is the only conclusion.”
