Was offered 10% Welcome discount - when I purchased a dji pocket2, I was told I could not use the discount (as it was over £100). I purchased the item anyway and completed the transaction and paid, I THEN received an email stating I needed to pay an additional 20% (£56) for Import tax??

“Broken product and Returning the products is the most difficult way I've ever experienced. No return label was in my box, I have to write their adress by myself and pay the return by myself as well. AND also I have to make sure the package comes back to them because if the package will be sent to their near "pick up" place, they will not pick my return and that way I will not receive my money back.
So complicated! Just send the costumers a returning sticker!”
“I ordered an Artfone CS181 phone from MyTrendyPhone.ro on 10-10-2022 08:32 for my mother. After a few days of use, she is totally disappointed, and wants to give up this phone. The reasons are the following; the battery lasts very little (after two daily calls of approx. 15-20 min, the battery is completely discharged), and during conversations, the interlocutor's voice is very difficult to hear. So far, nothing special. However, the problems started after I returned the product, on 18.10.2022. After repeated requests for the return of the money, I was told that the product was not received back, and later (after I sent the proof of return confirmation), I was told that the product was sent to Denmark for examination, and only after returns to the country, I will receive an email for the return of the money. Almost a month has passed, and I still haven't recovered the money... It's a sad experience, which I hope I'll never have again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.”

“I wish that I had looked for reviews before ordering from them. I got complacent with my web orders and I got used to getting things delivered correctly and on time.
I order a case as a gift, 2 weeks no packet - customer service promptly sends a second mask with no indication of what happened to the first one. After 2 more weeks, both arrive together on the same day! I inform them and then they request me to send one back - they are not in the wrong but it is a lot of work for a small value item after 1 month of waiting....
The main problem after a month of waiting is that they got me the case for the wrong phone model... So a lot of my time and effort and waiting was wasted, not even getting the correct case 1 month from order.”
“I have send my phone to them for cleaning after water damage. They get to it at 6th day (I've been asking for update upon the service) and two days later sent it back saying that they failed to fix it. after i have received mobile and opened it I found that it wasn't properly cleaned so it couldn't work properly. Also it came back later than should. in the end I'm verry disappointed and cant recommend such service.”
“I ordered IP68 SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 WATERPROOF COVER on 26-06-2021, delivery by courier.
- I received the order confirmation without any AWB number
- it is not possible to track the order the site or at the delivery service (because there was not AWB #)
- upon receipt of the order (July 2, 2021) I tested the cover according to the instructions and it was not waterproof.
- the contact number for support is closed all the time
- I submitted the RMA form on the website https://www.mytrendyphone.ro/ and I returned the product on July 3, 2021, according to the instructions of MyTrendyPhone
- I paid for the delivery fee again (although the product was returned due to malfunction)
- they confirmed receipt of the package on July 5, 2021 with the answer: "We would like to inform you that we received the parcel and was forwarded to our RMA department in Denmark.
The time it is expected to reach us is about 10 working days, so if you sent a return on 02/07, by 16/07 it should be with us. "
However the product appears on the website https://www.mytrendyphone.ro/ as being in stock and ready for delivery.
We will go on vacation next week , so it doesn't help us to receive the product on July 20.
Overall an unpleasant and expensive experience !!!!

“I checked The reviews here which are very bad but I tried to take a chance and ordered a mobile cover. It's been a lot of days and I haven't been received and I don't know where that product is and even this company doesn't know where it is. I hate this when companies send products without tracking, they are already charging us for delivery fee, then charge 2£ more and send a trackable package.
Today it's been 10 days and now I have opened a dispute against them on PayPal, I hope I get my money back.
