“ Previous view was spot on..... the returns process is very difficult to navigate if you order on line. Even if you want to return in store, you still have to complete the online return process (at least that's how I understood how it works) and if you want to return by post or a courier then you have to pay the return postage costs!! ..... will not buy from them again ”
