“Really bad group of folks who work at this company and the owner doesn’t care. Heard it’s going bankrupt so they’re trying to hang onto everything they can. They are illegitimate and have bait and switch practices or don’t book rooms at all. Shady way of doing business.”

“These folks are sitting in Morocco and have set up an illegitimate and immoral business that scams people into buying services from travel sites by appealing to low prices. There is no customer service. They adjust their websites and legal policies to try to block any type of refund once you put your payment information in. There is no pride on customer service, doing the right thing or having a reputable business. They are major scammers; I've never seen anything like this. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”
