“This is a scam web site so called " travel agency", they will lure you in cheap deals and promises but its all scam. They didn't even respond my emails or calls after payment. I booked hotel with them only finding later that there is no reservation in the hotel, thanks god i called to confirmed before leaving on vacation. Two weeks later they are still emailing me for payment for rooms booked/not boked. DO NOT TRUST”

“If you looking for a great deal for a hotel and you come across this cheap company. Don't trusted! My husband and I were left without reservation and no noticed of cancellation. Prestigia took it upon themselves to cancel my hotel reservation. Left us in Las Vegas after an 8 hr drive with no hotel to check in. After calling to verify what went wrong, all they can say is "sorry for any inconvenience". We will refund your money. After a whole month going back and forth with different staff emails about my refund being process and it should be in your bank in 7 business day. My bank never received anything. I finally had enough and had to go through my bank to get my refund back. This company caused me nothing but emotional distress. So is it worth it saving a buck or two, absolutely not! I do not recommend this company, in my opinion totally fraud.”

“This company booked for us flew to another country and no confirmation!!! They are not available to answer your calls and we were left with no accommodation We then has to book directly with the hotel as we were without accommodation for the first night!! Dreadful suppot from Prestigia”

“I booked with Prestigia 5 days ago ,but they hid out some fees about Westgate Las Vegas Resort Casino. They charged 1 night $193.88 and fees to my card. The same day I called and no response for 5 days, I emailed and few responses said they would handle it. Now its been 6 days no luck .So I warn my debit account and made claim against Prestigia- this is warning don't book with them”

“Total joke or a service. Booked a hotel on 27/07/2024. Cancelled on the same day due to change of plan(all within cancellation period) 3 months on still no refund. False promises. Standard emails + lies that refund has been credited back. Never again. Zero star Do not book through them. Be warned. It’s not worth it.”

“After paying for my room almost a year in advance, I wanted to add my partner to my booking, after he managed to get time off. The room was suitable for upto 3 people but when I contacted Prestigia 6 months ahead of my arrival to add his name, they refused to ammend my booking. How absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. When I contacted the hotel directly, they told me it wasn't an issue. Never will I use this company again. Most other 3rd party booking agencies offer free cancellation. Things happen, changes can be inevitable and Prestigia need to offer the same and get with the times.”

“Booked with prestigia for a hotel stay. Due to a tragic family bereavement was unable to go on the holiday. I contacted prestigia as soon as this tragedy happened they requested paperwork which at that stage wasn’t available, said the hotel wouldn’t speak to them or communicate through email. Told me nothing they could do. I got on the hotel myself and matter was dealt with no problem at all. Fraudsters stay away”

“The hotel confirmed the agreed refund money already paid back to this agent on 24th July but this agent just not refund the money to me after 2 months that hotel paid to them. What a ridiculous cheating and stealing behaviour?! We all should call the police to arrest the company managers and finance team.”

“they say "free cancellation" but they do charge you. immediately. to get a refund is another story completely. you have to keep track of the bits and fragment payments if any, to make sure you got the deserved refund. will not happen again.”

“Wish I could give 0 stars they try to rip me off they finally refunded the money after month, They have a cancellation policy that says we'll be refunded in 3-5 days ,doesn't work that way. DONT USE THEM!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!”

“Prestigia did not contact the hotel to book my upcoming stay. When I realized they had not contacted the hotel and my visit was in just a few days, I cancelled Prestgia within a few hours of trying to book, and booked myself. Prestigia kept all of my money, $662.00, and I was only able to get half back through the dispute process with Mastercard. Avoid this sham company!”

“I order reservation with free cancellation. It charge me immediately when I placed the order. I cancelled it 5 minute later ant I received an email “ A refund of 662.11 EUR will reflect in your account in 3 to 5 business days.” It passed 2 mouth and I didn’t recived the money yet!!!”

“Do not pay prestigia! I Booked hotel rooms through Prestigia. Payed the room in advance to Prestigia. At the check in the hotel stuff informed us that Prestigia didn’t payed the hotel and we had to pay agin directly to the hotel to get the rooms which we did I have been in touch with Prestigia in one week, more than 20 emails. They admit the mistake and every day ask for more time to solved the issue. I start to believe that my 2223 USD that I paid them will never be refunded to me. The support people answer when you contact them but they give you no specific answer. No wonder that there are so many bad reviews comments about the company in all places.”

“I booked a hotel through Prestigia for €1.900. All the menus exclusively mentioned €1900, and the final invoice itself stated "total amount of stay €1900". Then they sent me an email saying that when I arrive at the hotel, I will have to pay an additional €1700. I complained, showed them all the screenshots and the invoice, but they did not admit they deceived me, they did not accept the cancellation of the purchase, and they stopped responding to me.”

“This company ripped me off!!! I When calling the hotel to make sure my reservation was set, the hotel said that my reservation could not be found. When I told them, they gave me another confirmation to change my dates. Called the hotel again. The hotel had the reservation, but not date change. He stated that nobody called them!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!☹️☹️”

“Prestigia is a thief company. The pictures of rooms they post on their website are all fake pictures. Not even close to the actual room. Dont surprize yourself. Stay away from this fake company. It looks u are paying less but actually u pay more. The pictures on their website are like 4 star hotel. Actual rooms were 1 star hotel type”

“THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST AROUND!!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!! There are many 3rd party booking services, but Prestigia.com is a 4TH party booking service who simply rebooks your reservation through another larger company such as Agoda.com. When you need to change/cancel/get refunds, you get wonderful lip service from Prestigia that says they are working on the problem, but you die in the back and forth between them and the real booking agent and nothing ever happens. Forget the fact that you overpaid, because you could have booked for less by going directly to the 3rd party instead of through Prestigia in the first place. Personally I had misbooked the wrong day for a hotel a week out and realized this 2 hours after booking it. The hotel was more than willing to make the change, but between Prestigia and Agoda, my problem died for days and neither would talk to the other with me on the phone to resolve the problem.”
