Unfortunately, I am in agreement with the number of customers who have been deceived and disappointed by Prestigia. They sometimes offer lower hotel rates than other more reputable sites but don't deliver. Me and my family booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in our trip to the United Arab Emirates and the day before our arrival at the hotel notified us that 2 of the rooms were not booked. We attempted to contact Prestigia by telephone but only received promises of return calls that were not made. We ended up having to book the 2 additional rooms at the Fairmont Fujairah Resort at a significantly higher cost than we booked and arranged with Prestigia. Prestigia refused to honour its booking with us and when we spoke to the manager at the Fairmont Fujairah, we were advised that Prestigia simply booked one room and not 3. As many reviewers have indicated, they use third party agents or individuals that are only concerned in making commission if they can arrange for a hotel room at the price booked. If they can't, they will let you know (not even in a timely fashion) that they could not book your hotel room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!! I will be submitting a review to Google as well criticizing them for including such a disreputable company on their travel sites.

They just want your money. They Don’t care if you had a delay . Or having issues with the passport. They won’t give your money back.

WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.

You are a fool if you use this awful travel service. They canceled my reservation at a five star resort and didn't bother to inform me. When I arrived at the resort I was told that I didn't have a reservation. When I tried to call Prestigia I got a recorded message. I tried emailing. No response until the next day (when they told me that I had a reservation at the resort that they canceled!). The manager at the five star resort was able to get through to Prestigia with an emergency number and found out that Prestigia had rebooked me at a four star all-inclusive! A week later I received an email from Prestigia asking me to rate the five star resort! This company sucks!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Look, the customer service is non-existent over the phone. The representative I DID get sent me a response over email after I reached out to them that way. The email representative sent me a email then tried calling me from an international number at 4:30am local time. What??? Reviews online about Prestigia are everywhere saying they don’t respond or answer phones when reservations or changes occur the day of their vacation. So what did I do? I booked with Prestigia via Kayak, and I decided to try it myself BEFORE I was on my trip. I called two numbers for the US (201-830-1902 and 844-265-4736). Imagine that, no one answered. After their 4:30 am callback and the poor English on the email, I decided that rather than risk it with Prestigia, I’d rather pay $300 more with Expedia who DOES provide support should something go wrong. Definitely a thumbs down from me, you guys. Would NOT recommend. Cheaper? Yes. But at what cost?

I think that Prestigia website is a fraud, or the website has too much problems with the contents and they must search for a better programmer. Why? I looked for a Hotel in Argentina, the "San Isidro Plaza Hotel". I found the Hotel and the price offered per night, compared to other options, was very cheap. I almost checked into the Hotel, but I was lucky enough to see the comments. There I found one that talked about a problem with the room because they asked for "sea view" and the Hotel booked them "sea side". I know the Hotel... and the Hotel is not facing the sea, in fact, it is not facing any river, lake or lagoon, only facing the street and the pool. And there are more wrong comments. After that I checked the address: it was wrong... It says "Mendoza", but the Hotel is located in "San Isidro, Provincia de Buenos Aires", 1000 miles away from Mendoza. This made me give up, fortunately. Please check well before doing anything.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRETIGIA.COM! they are a scam and a fraud. They are only good if your booking runs smoothly but if you encounter problems or any type of emergency they will not refund you of your money. We booked a hotel for family Christmas vacation through PRESTIGIA. First our booking reservation took a month or more before it was confirmed by the hotel. Second our flight from Charlotte NC to NYC was cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel was glad to cancel it without any charges at all. Prestigia on the other hand told us that our request of refund was declined by hotel and that Prestigia Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control as their policy. BEWARE OF THIS everyone and DON'T BE THE NEXT VICITM. PASS THIS ON so we can stop this kind of unfair practice by PRESTIGIA

Let’s give justice to Prestigia, at first I was so scared when I read the negative reviews here about Prestigia, I thought it’s really a scam so what I did, before I call my credit card company to cancel the transaction, I double checked first directly my booking in the hotel and good news my booking was really legitimate and confirmed. That’s why I advised you guys to just don’t believe some of the reviews here. Try to check other reviews from other websites. Do not rely on some reviews from these people whom I feel are not really customers but spreading propaganda to kill the business of their competitors. And also always check directly to hotel if the booking done by Prestigia is really legit before cancelling the transaction in your credit card company.

If there is a zero review, I would have clicked it for PRESTIGIA.com. Everyone avoid this booking site. Be aware that PRESTIGIA.com is a HOAX, a FRAUD and a SCAM. I don't know how they get a 4 star review. But we need to stop this kind of fraudulent activities. We booked a hotel at NYC through PRESTIGIA for Christmas. Unfortunately the day of our flight (December 24, 2022) all flights from Charlotte NC to NYC was cancelled due to severe weather conditions. We spoke with hotel staff and manager and they confirmed that we should be refunded as they will not charge us because the situation was beyond our control. We emailed PRESTIGIA and their agents told us that they made negotiations with hotel but hotel declined our refund request. We called the Hotel twice and they said that our case is in their system and that we are definitely entitled for a refund as we were not charged. I emailed PRESTIGIA again and even gave them the name of the hotel manager and staff I spoke with.. Until now they have no reply.. I tried calling them and they don't answer. AVOID BOOKING with PRESTIGIA.com... This is the worst nightmare we had. and Please join me in this quest to stop PRESTIGIA from just taking money from people... I don't even know how, where, I can file a formal complain...DO NOT SUPPORT PRESTIGIA and stop them!!!!

Do NOT book any of your accommodation with Prestigia. This company is a scammer, dishonest scheme and fraud. I booked accommodation with Prestigia for my trip in Vietnam at Novotel Saigon 2nd November to 9th November 2022. Booking was make in 1st March 2022 and somehow 2 days later on the 3rd March Prestigia cancelled my reservation without my acknowledgement or any notification. The whole time I thought the booking was confirmed and everything is good to go. So on the day of checking in the hotel staff told me that the reservation was cancelled 🙃 there was no reservation book under my name. I was shocked I only see this kind of thing happened in the movie now I experienced first hand ( if you want that experience highly recommended you book with Prestigia LOL) just kidding Don't. So I have to paid 1.2k out of pockets to book a room while trying to get in contact with Prestigia. Communication with the company is terrible sending them an email you needed to wait for 2 days for a response. Prestigia finally got back to me 2 days later telling me that Yes your reservation is well confirmed with Novotel and Prestigia gave me a random code so I ran down to the reception desk 2am in the morning trying to find out weather the hotel try to make extra money from me but turn out Prestigia never bother to contact the hotel. So next morning I spoken with the hotel manager and she's forwarded the email thread between hotel and Prestigia in the email Prestigia clearly stated a request to cancelled the reservation on the 3rd March and lasted email on 3rd of November after the incident happened Prestigia email Novotel telling them to log in online and charge me for my accommodation again. Novotel was like no He booked the new reservation directly through us so Novotel did not charge Prestigia for my stay in there hotel. So prestigia own me a refund amount but the refuse to give me a refund and now they completely ignore my email. So Yeah.

DONT TRUST PRESTIGIA!!!!!! arrived at motel at 4pm (after 7hrs driving interstate) no record of booking, motel filling up, called Prestigia and after no response an hour and a half later, had no choice but to pay for another room . Booking came through later that night i generally book online this came through either trivargo or booking.com STILL WAITING ON CALL BACK 4 DAYS LATER

I booked a hotel in Reno, Nevada and then tried to cancel. I called Prestigia three times in a 2 week period. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message they never call back.

Prestigia is NOT LEGITIMATE! It's a very shady and unethical "business" that has found ways to not get prosecuted as they have fizzled trademarks and register in different countries to keep running from being caught. Their T's and C's say they are not responsible for anything, meaning they can TAKE your money and not book the room. Prestigia will bait consumers with SUPER low priced rooms and have stolen SO much money from innocent people. They dont answer their phones, take days/weeks to respond to email, and are a complete joke. Please dont support this HORRIBLE company.

Prestigia is a huge scam! Do NOT book with them. Essentially they are a third party booking agency that will sometimes book the rooms promised, sometimes not. If they dont book the hotel, you're out of luck as they've figured out a way to get around it so you can't get your money back because they have a cancellation policy that says they arent responsible for ANYTHING! That means they take your money, and can steal from you as the T's and C's negates the services they are "providing". It's blatant fraud/theft and a huge scam they are running globally. So sad that people like this exist and could advantage of innocent people who are moving too quickly to book travel. Thoroughly disgusted by these folks who reside in Morocco and will ensure that consumer protection is aware in the multiple countries they are trying to run and hide from on this.
