Scam as everyone says. I booked 3 nights at Nam Nghi Resort in Phu Quoc Vietnam in February 2024. I paid in full USD 670 and when I arrived at the place it was closed down and out of business 6 months ago. So luckily I found a different resort on the same island for the same days. When I returned home I tried calling Prestia they only have an answering machine and they won't return your calls. Tried emailing and no response. Thank god my credit card company refunded me after I reported it was a scam.

Total Scam! If I can give negative STARS I would. I canceled my reservation on time, got email confirmation for full refund. But never received my refund.

They offer you a slight discount vs booking with the hotel directly. If all goes well, it’s great. However if you arrive late due to weather related delay, the hotel will give you a credit, Prestigia will NOT! If you cancel your room and the hotel is fully booked, the hotel will credit your room but Prestigia will NOT. They will get the refund from the hotel and KEEP IT!!!

Scam! Scam! Scam! I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to write a reviews on nobody. But I have to this time. This company is a nightmare! On 11/17/2023 I booked 2 hotel rooms at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Literally maybe 3-5min right after I booked those rooms, something was telling me that I can’t trust this website. So I hurried and canceled it. They sent me an email saying that I will receive those 2 refund payment within 3-5business day. Today is January 17 2024, I have only received only a partial of it which is for only 1 room, they still kept my money for the 2nd room. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Prestigia told them that they have already returned full money to me, which that is a LIE! Please be careful everyone!

Nous avons été débité pour un hôtel qui était soi-disant complet alors que sur d’autres sites, il ne l’était pas . En échange , nous avons eu un des hôtels les plus minables de doha . Pour couronner le tout, il ne nous rembourse que la moitié de la somme débitée. Plus jamais, je ne veux avoir à faire à prestigia

We book hotel for 7 nights in Cyprus in October this year and everything was fine, we had our booking and they even give us better room. So our experience with Prestigia was good.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I made a reservation for the wrong date and immediately called them to change it to the correct date. Even though only a couple minutes had passed, they refused to change the date. I ended up paying nearly $300 for a hotel room on the wrong night. Thanks Prestigia for letting me know not to expect any sympathy from you. Sincerely, Daniel Arrowood

We booked a seven day vacation to Xcaret, mexico through prestigia in November 2022 for our current trip in November 2023. We booked our stay for two adults and our two 14 year old daughters in an Oceanview suite. We provided prestigia with all of our information, including names, and dates of birth, and passport information for everybody traveling. the cost was over $6000. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us prestigia booked our stay for two adults and two infants. When we explained that we have two teens, they said the additional price would be $8500 for the two girls and they did not have two queen beds available and could only provide us with an ocean view room with a king bed, and a very small pull out, sofa bed. The hotel told us that this was prestigia’s error and not theirs and there was nothing they could.they recommended that we contact prestigia which we did through email. we were told they would not help us with our reservation issues. Do not use prestigia for travel.! Can you imagine showing up for your vacation and being told you have to pay an additional $8500. Our only choice was to pay the amount or leave the resort..

Prestigia did not refund my money as promised after I cancelled my booking well in advance of trip and deadline for full refund. Don’t do business with this company. I had to get credit card company involved to get my money back.

It’s simple, do not book with Prestigia. I booked Orient Hotel in Jerusalem before Israel Hamas war broke out and prepaid the entire stay. The war broke out 1 day before we were due to arrive and we canceled reservation immediately. Prestigia initially indicated there would be no refund since it was canceled one day before arrival which was hard to believe given the war. Prestigia customer service was difficult to contact either by phone or email. After many calls on hold and emails traded, it took me over a month to be reimbursed. I will never use Prestigia again.

during my past experience for the past 35 years with different hotels booking agencies, i have never met with such a bad level and cheating perfomance especially fron your staff member called ACHRAF JABRAN who continuously lies to me with regard to cancellation of my booking in Bellagio hotel (2 rooms from 01-05 Nov 2023) due to alleged technical issues after he confirmed the booking and received the foll payment on 24 Sep. 2023 QUOTE We are sorry to inform you that due to a technical error, your booking was declined. To that end, please find below an alternative hotel similar category in the same area: - Hotel's name: The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa - Address: 101 Montelago Boulevard - 89011, Henderson - Distance from original: 24.5 miles UNQUOTE And the i received the funds on 09 Nov 2023 after 45 dayd after the payment and after i informed my bank abt this fraud payment

This is a horrible company who scams consumers. They've found many loopholes in the systems and you'll see hundreds of stories of people who have been taken advantage of in innocent ways. They've promised me a refund for 18 months (a year and a half) and the behavior has been so shady/devious. I STILL don't have my $379 back despite the hotel and a third party claiming they just kept my money. Luckily I've escalated to American Express, Barclays etc and have open cases with all and been reporting them to travel websites as well. Please do the same. Most of these reviews are fake.

We used Prestigia.com to booked Orka Royal Hotel & Spa in Istanbul and fully paid for our booking in February of 2023 for our October 2023 trip (24th Wedding Anniversary). Upon arriving at the Hotel in Istanbul, we were told by Hotel Staff that this booking was non-existing and that they were fully booked! Upon hearing from Prestigia.com the following day (after 24 hours), Prestigia.com admitted that their local Turkish partner made a mistake by not completing the booking even though they have charged our credit card 8 months earlier!. They promised us a full refund within 2-5 business days which it has never happened and we are still awaiting our Full Refund after 25 Days. Do yourself a favor by not Using Prestigia.com when booking.

I will never do business with this entity again. A month after booking this room and 2 weeks before my arrival they canceled my Reservation due to what they called "a technical error".. I have never in my life been more angry with a travel reservation. They didn't even give me a new reservation at the hotel I had booked even though there was plenty of availability. They didn't do this because the price of the rooms had gone up and I had to pay it. These guys are frauds. Stay away.

FLEE! DO NOT BOOK WITH PRESTIGIA! Prestigia is just one of many Russian frauds designed to testabilize the Western economy. Their former name is ZenHotels and they tried and rip me off thousands of dollars with a false reservation. Fortunately, I always pay with MasterCard, so I was able to get my money back. I repeat : FLEE! THIS IS PART OF THE RUSSIAN ATTACKS TO DESTABILIZE WESTERN ECONOMIES. Very sincerely, Luc Laporte
