“Haven’t stayed in the apartment yet”

“Misleading regarding extra charges - in one place it says there are additional taxes to be paid and then in another place it says there is an additional resort fee to be paid. Very unclear what the rate paid includes. No response to my email. Can't call the telephone number on the website, it's not a valid number for Australia.”

“I’ll be contd gong BBB to file a formal complaint. Sold me a room that wasn’t available and won’t refund me my $829.35. I’m contacting my credit card company as well. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!”
